Tom and Doreen
I may have missed it but I haven't seen a specification for the appropriate grease to be used on the Dexter EZ-Flex Suspension in my documentation. I currently use Lucas NLGI #2 for my yard equipment, would this suffice? Frank C
Yep, that’s what I use. It’s a good high quality grease. 1 2019 Oliver Legacy Elite II - Hull #461 Tow Vehicle: 2019 Ford F-250 SuperCab 4x4, 6.2L Flex-Fuel engine
ADKCamper
Lucas Red & Tacky is a good choice. I've been using the similar Mystik JT6 NGLI #2 Hi-Temp grease for trailer wheel bearings (Lithium Complex, non-Moly), spring shackles and tow vehicle lube points for quite some time now. Works well, is affordable and easy to find. I don't know if this is still the case, but at trailer pick-up (late 2018) I asked what wheel bearing grease they use, and this is what they told me was in our bearings... Boat trailer wheel bearings and gimbal bearings get Quicksilver High Performance Extreme Grease (NGLI #2, Calcium Sulfonate-based) because of its higher level of water resistance. 1 2 Tom 2018 Oliver Legacy Elite #409 - 2017 Silverado 1500, 5.3L, 4x4 Z71, Dbl Cab, Std Bed
