  1. I’m also planning on no solar if I can find one. Most likely we’re going to utilize a renogy 40 amp dc to dc charger for both the trailer and a battery bank in the truck to run a additional freezer/fridge. We have a lot of cloudy days in the Midwest and as a family like to stay on the move. As GG mentioned above the reinforcements are already installed on all trailers and for that reason I’d probably have them install the mounts down the road. The solar panels might be considerably more efficient in 10 years so waiting, if they’re not currently needed, might be a good idea.
  2. I am also disappointed that the white counters are not available. The aggressive price inflation for an item you don’t receive for a year has completely turned me off a new unit. I’ll casually keep looking at used units this fall into next year. I have a feeling there will be a huge selection of slightly used RV units next year with an abundance of pets to adopt as well.
  3. Curious when customers were able to order ‘22 models? Earlier this year or the end of last year?
  4. I feel like I’m being played…different prices depending on which salesman you talk with?
  5. Just looking at the 2019/22 numbers it looks like the EII has increased ~8.5k with roughly a 5k increase a couple months ago for the ‘22 models. Interesting that the option upgrade cost has remained the same… I’m not implying the increase is out of line as some construction equipment like dump trailers have jumped 30% in the last year, but it does give a buyer pause. Similar to BofB I’ve been pairing down this year and I’m not one to chase runaway prices on toys. However, labor costs are going up so new prices will probably continue to rise in the future.
  6. As I’m looking at used and new trailers I’m curious what the base price on the EII was over the past few years. Looking like 65k for a 2022 and 55 ish for a 2019. 2000? 2021? The first deliveries? Any notable changes in included standard equipment over those years?
  7. I’m new around here but IMO the last thing I want to do with a light weight (under 10k) trailer is put more weight on the front axle of a HD truck. This is especially true with an extra 800lb oil burning engine out front. In Michigan during the winter dually trucks spend half of their time driving sideways…a WDH is not a fix all.
