  1. I believe it was 15%, at least for my 2022 model.
  2. Frank, that did it! Thank you so much.
  3. Super Thanks! I will give this a try today.
  4. My tech experience is showing. Forgive my ignorance. Yes, it's the Truma.
  5. I really don't like the search function in this app! Anyway, I decalcified today and did it be the book (albeit my first year). I cannot get the LCD 3 at the control panel to stop flashing rapidly and hence cannot get the system working again. Repeat: I did it by the book. Anyone have a reason for this and a solution? Thanking you in advance.
  6. OMG!!! I've been looking down the butt of this thing, thinking it was a holder for the spare filter! I'm not a moron, because I know how stupid this was! Now I have grave reservations about doing any of my own maintenance - lol.
  7. Thanks everyone, especially Frank C. That sure looks like the tail end of the filter and now you have me seriously doubting myself. I'll give it another look. Unfortunately I just returned it to storage...so maybe next weekend. Thanks again.
  8. It hat is true, there is a space/ holder for it. Unfortunately, mine is empty. "Expectations are greater than reality", there must me a medical diagnosis for this...I have it too. (No reflection on Oliver, they've been great about everything.)
  9. ,Greetings. I am doing my first annual service on the Truma Go and discovered the tablets won't go in the filter, because we have the heating element in it. I don't know if it comes apart (I don't want to damage it trying). Does it come apart? Do I need to buy a back-up without the heating element to perform this maintenance?
  10. Hi, me again. Maybe it's not solved. Worked once, stalled again. Opened it up and cleaned it again, but saw no debris. It worked again...once. It would intermittantly work if I reset the thermostat, but continues to fail. Any ideas on what to do with this problem?
  11. Hi John, No, I had a local detailer here in Bakersfield, CA do it for us. I googled "ceramic auto coating" and received about 5 detailers in our area that professed to do it. After checking all the reviews, especially companies with lots of reviews, I choose my company. FYI: I paid $500 per coat (which I think was a very good deal - and the detailer confirmed it was far more work than he had anticipated). With the PPF film I paid $1300 for the entire job.
  12. We had our 2022 coated (with two coats - supposed to give 5 yrs of protection). It isn't necessary, but WOW what a shine and no more factory swirls! Also, VERY easy to clean. You can do it anytime, but it shouldn't just be coated. There needs to be a good polishing in prep. I am VERY happy with the result. Also had PPF put ont the bottom 1/2 of the front to protect feom gravel, rocks, etc. Waxing is ok, but every 6 months is too much work and not as much protection - in my opinion.
  13. Indeed, a lot, but I knew it was coming. I had it built into the financing and Oliver cut me the check back. I'm in CA and mine was over $6k. They (DMV) almost dinged me for another $600 late fee on the registration, but I explained my purchase was in Tennessee and I didn't ENTER Calif. until a week later. That extra day saved me $600!
  14. You're right, no heat. Based on their furnace troubleshooting, I do believe it's the sail switch. I'm looking into the restof it. Thank you.
  15. SOLVED! This subject must have been covered, but the search bar is not easy! Went camping this past weekend and the heater worked for one day. After that, I could restart the thermostat, then heater would blow heat for less than a minute before shutting off. Had plenty of propane and it was plenty cold. I was near sea level too. Anyone know what's up and how to fix it? Very easy once you know what and where the sail switch is. Mine was stuffed with dog fur (by-product of my Akita).
  16. Where is the propane jet? I wasn't able to see anything (but I don't know what I'm looking for either)?
  17. Hi Jim, It was something, but mighty small if so. I had the bug screen installed before I left Hohenwald. I think it was a tiny bit of dust. ???
  18. Beautiful! Mountains, lake, trees, large sites, uncrowded (at least in early November). I hear it's PACKED in the summer.
  19. Went camping this past weekend (Nov 4-6) at Shaver Lake, CA. Temps were 20 to 46 degrees throughout our stay. The last night, the heater would only blow cool air. We just bundled up for the night. Turns out we had plenty of propane; everything else was working. I searched the Ollie sight the next day (found something once) where someone had the same problem. I took off the exterior heater panel and checked connections; all secure. I blew into the compartment with my own breath and force and a very small amount of dust came out (hull 1019 is less than a year old) Turned on the furnace again, and it worked! What's up with that?
  20. Everybody should know that something always has to be wrong with anything. Since the Ollie is such a fine work, why not make these bolts too long so the owners have something to complain about. Lol (Making light, but my wife cut her arm on one too, when the rubber cap fell off.)
