We decided to let CGI do the work on our camper after talking to several Oliver owners who have had their Olivers ceramic coated. It took 4 guys who knew what they were doing 9 hours to complete the process. Our camper had very little oxidation. It has been covered or under a shelter at all times (2020 Hull 588). I had to convince Joe that his knees were not 20 years old any longer and NO some DUDE was not going to help him do it if he could find that DUDE. After he saw the work Gavin and crew did to make her shine like new he agreed. They also replaced the moldy white trim around the windows. We arrived back to NC to 6 inches of snow and freezing temperatures for about a week. When we rinsed and soaped up the camper, she looked brand new. No hard scrubbing required.

This will be our first year attending. Is there an area we should try to reserve a site in?. I noticed all the cement pads sites were already reserved. Lol. We have a site and figure this year will be our learn to learn about the event. Looking forward to meeting more owners.

Upgraded Fan w/LED in HEAD...
Joe and Janet Childers replied to MAX Burner's topic in Ollie Modifications
Joe installed a light on our Max fan in the Casita. He added a dimmable feature to it which helped with the brightness. So far we have not found a need for additional lighting in the galley/salon area of the Oliver. He did change out two of the touch lights that were malfunctioning. Best Bumper Rack for Honda EU generator?
Joe and Janet Childers replied to Margaret's topic in Mechanical & Technical Tips
I will get him to explain the mounting and design. We have had the Oliver just over a month…he may be still doing modifications. I know we have the tray from Oliver but he wanted a secure box. He was a nuc reactor operator in the Navy then owned a custom millwork cabinet shop. All the time building and making modifying projects. -

Joe built this "box" for our Casita which has been upgraded in our opinion to LEII #588. He will be glad to answer any questions if anyone is interested. I will take some pictures of it on the Oliver and post. No he is not interested in making the boxes to sell. I believe someone makes a nice box for Olivers. -

Under sink storage is really nice. We just purchased a 2020 LEII. Making a list of modifications for Joe to complete. This will be near the top. -
