rideadeuce Posted March 18 Posted March 18 (edited) I have been using this for about a year and it works great. The app is wonderful to use remotely to check temperature and make changes remotely on the fly i.e. if it is getting cold for the night or you need to check on pets. Works off of bluetooth or WIFI. Super easy install. The unit itself is touchscreen and easy to navigate. I know it works for the Dometic Penguin II, not sure about the Truma (it is not listed as compatible). link: https://www.microair.net/pages/the-easytouch-rv-wifi-thermostat?gad_source=1 Edited March 18 by rideadeuce 3 - Mike Brentwood, TN - 2018 Elite II - Spirit of Adventure Hull #308 - 2016 Toyota Tundra Limited 5.7L Class IV hitch with 12k lb coupler, Starlink, Cradlepoint cellular modem, Victron Multiplus II 12V 3000W, Ekrano display, Orion XS 50amp DC/DC charger with Mechman 370 amp HO alternator, Atmos 4.4 15k AC/12K Heat pump, Nova Kool 5810 fridge, Epoch 460aH x2, 520 watts solar, Custom rear bicycle rack, Alcan Springs, Bulldog shocks, Falken H/T02 tires, Seabiscuit Metal Designs front storage box and moose rack.
AlbertNTerri Posted March 18 Posted March 18 Thanks for that, we're going to try it based on your stellar recommendation Albert & Terri Sterns Paonia, Colorado Elite II Hull #1125 Standard Floorplan / 2017 Ford F250 gas
Ty J Posted March 21 Posted March 21 Looks great. Excellent Job! Do you know of the amount of watts its drawing? It has to add a little more current draw to the system?
MAX Burner Posted March 21 Posted March 21 Minimal current draw - we’ve had ours since last May. Great control for the Dometic A/C and furnace units…. We love ours! 1 Art, Diane, Magnus & Oscar (double-Aaarrf!) 2022 TUNDRA 2017 LE II; Hull #226 "Casablanca" HAM call-sign: W0ABX
