What a pretty frame.

 

Looking at the axles, I have to say that it is a shame that Oliver does not install the Dexter heavy duty greaseable shackle kit on every single trailer they build. The undersized shackle bolts and fragile plastic bushings are a seriously weak link in the standard suspension.

 

It will be on mine, eventually, if I ever get into a financial state where I can order one. ;(

 

If owners insist, I suspect they could one day be standard.

While at the factory recently, I noticed several of the frames had the Dexter HD shackles mounted on them, customer requested.

Although the placement of the tanks looks superb - protected, low to the frame - what happens if one fails, or needs service?

The grey water and fresh water slide out the back through the bumper. The black water comes out through the inside. They are designed to be unhooked and slid out.
