Mainiac
We saw it rise out of the sea. Magnificent. It is so bright tonight that it's light blocks out all the stars except those near the horizon...

Kayrae51
We’re at home prepping for our next trip right now. The harvest moon was clear & gorgeous here. I only wish we had been out camping while viewing it. Headed to Hiawassi, GA on Monday for the fall festival - Yay! Commanche
We were camped at Assateague National Seashore, then this morning sat on the beach for the sunrise. Very cool. Mainiac
We used to tell the "tourist" (guess that is what we are now), that they should watch the sun set. As the sun just disappears into the sea there is a sudden flash of intense green light. I was always amazed by how many saw the flash. Just like in the movies...
