Moderators mossemi Posted September 16, 2019 Moderators Share Posted September 16, 2019 Congratulations on your new Ollie. Your retirement date looks familiar, it was my official date as well, although they did pay me a little longer just to go away. There must be someplace to camp in the White or Green Mountains before next spring. But then again I know it’s different up north. In Florida, we don’t start thinking about spring until after Easter so we don’t confuse it with fall?. Moderators SeaDawg Posted September 16, 2019 Moderators Share Posted September 16, 2019 Someday, over a beer, I'll share our camping story of first night and next day in the White Mountains. (Long story) Early google maps was to blame, but most stars I've ever seen in the lower 48. After the fog cleared... sometime after misnight... Congratulations! Overland
Hmm. Sherry, I'm certain that you're risking the wrath of whomever the Poseidon of the highway is*. Sounds like we need to have a naming ceremony at the next rally. * Hermes, apparently.
