Interesting Rig

Recommended Posts

This Bimobil rig was parked next to us at Liberty Harbor RV Park just across the Hudson from Manhattan. Wanted to take a look inside but never saw the owners. Looks like Switzerland tags? Tried to pull up the website shown on the top left rear but couldn’t.

Try their personal website, d-hai.ch.

A Swiss-german couple travelling north America. We've seen a number of these types of sturdy rig, usually in Canada or Alaska. Usually German built, sometimes personally owned, often leased and shipped across the ocean for the adventure of a lifetime.

Pretty cool.

It is real shame that we can’t get vehicles like that here.
