Reward Dollars are loaded on your Oliver Rewards Mastercard® Debit Card within approximately 30 days after the Micro-Rally has been completed.
If you have the desire, time, and organizational skills to host a Micro-Rally, you first must apply. Oliver will review your application and let you know if anyone else has applied to host a Micro-Rally in your region that might conflict with your plans.
Once you have been approved to host a Micro-Rally in your region, you will need to start planning the event. You will need to do the following.
See the Micro-Rally Details form for more information that you will need to collect from the campground.
After you have found a location, contacted the campground, and set the dates, you will need to provide the details to us so we can help promote the Micro-Rally.Â
Once you have submitted the Micro-Rally details, we will email all contacts in your region and ask them if they would like to attend. They will be required to make camping reservations and let us know they are planning to attend. Attendee contact information will be shared with you.
After two weeks, we will promote the Micro-Rally to all Oliver trailer owners outside the region so they can have the opportunity to attend.
We will also begin promoting the Open House to allow prospective buyers the opportunity to attend and view Oliver owner's travel trailers.
Once a final headcount of attendees has been finalized, we will send Oliver gifts to you so you can give them away to attendees.
We will send you a list of prospects that have confirmed they will visit the owners during the Open House time frame.
After the rally is completed, you are required to fill out the Completed Rewards Activity Form. Once submitted, we will load $750 on your Oliver Rewards Mastercard for your time and effort.
