This Cookie Policy explains how Oliver Travel Trailer Sales Inc. ("Oliver", "we", "us") uses cookies, pixels and similar technologies on olivertraveltrailers.com (the "Site"), what we collect, who receives the information, and how you can control the technology. This policy is part of our Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions.
The Site is directed to visitors in the United States and Canada. If you visit from somewhere else, including the European Union or the United Kingdom, only strictly necessary cookies load unless you opt in.
What this policy covers
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use pixels, tags, web beacons, software development kits, and similar technologies that work the same way, including the Meta Pixel and the Google tags we run. In this policy, the word "cookies" means all of these technologies.
Your consent to cookies and tracking
When you use the Site and accept cookies through our consent banner, you agree that Oliver and the service providers acting on Oliver's behalf may set the cookies described here and may collect and analyze your interactions with the Site, such as the pages you view, the links and buttons you click, and technical data like your IP address, device, and browser. The companies listed below process this information as our service providers and at our direction, as an extension of how we run the Site. Oliver is a party to your visit. You can decline or withdraw this consent at any time using the controls in the "Your choices" section.
The categories we use
Our consent banner groups cookies into these categories. You can turn each one on or off, except strictly necessary, which is always on.
- Strictly Necessary keeps the Site working and secure and remembers your consent choice. Always on, no consent needed.
- Functional enables features like embedded video and maps. Off until you allow it.
- Analytics measures how the Site is used. It loads only after you allow this category, and does not run, even in a cookieless mode, before you choose.
- Advertising and Marketing measures and delivers our advertising. It is off until you allow it. Where your state's law permits, we may later run it by default with an opt-out, but we are not doing that today.
Functional, analytics and advertising tools follow your choices, and are off until you allow them. When your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we honor it automatically as an opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
Nothing beyond strictly necessary cookies currently load until you choose to allow them, wherever you are. In the United States, and in Canada outside Quebec, the law would let us run non-essential cookies, such as analytics and advertising, by default with an opt-out, and we may use this approach in the future where permitted. You can opt-out at any time through the consent controls, a Global Privacy Control signal, or, where it is offered, the Do Not Sell or Share link.

Campaign attribution (first-party)
These are our own first-party cookies that Oliver places on your computer. These are only set when you opt-in, not when you arrive on the Site. They record only how you reached us, such as the ad, campaign, or search that referred you, including ad-click identifiers from Google (gclid), Meta (fbclid), and Microsoft (msclkid). They hold no name, email, phone number, or other identifying detail, they are not shared with third parties, and they expire in about 30 days. If you then submit a form, this campaign source is included with your submission and sent to our customer system (Zoho CRM) so we can credit the right campaign and follow up with you. You can opt-out of advertising at any time using the controls in the "Your choices" section.

Information you submit on a form. When you submit a form, your name, email address, phone number, and postal address are turned into a coded (hashed) form and shared with Google and Meta to match the conversion to our advertising. This is described in Section 5(h) of our Privacy Policy, and you can opt-out there.
Google Fonts. Our pages currently load fonts from Google (fonts.googleapis.com), which sends your IP address to Google when a page loads. We plan to host these fonts ourselves in the future to remove that connection.
Google reviews widget (Trustindex). Our pages load a widget from Trustindex to display our Google reviews. It loads without gating because it does not profile you, track you across other sites, or set advertising cookies. It only requests the review content to show on the page.
How your information is shared
When you allow analytics or advertising cookies, the providers listed in the chart above, which lists every provider we actively use, receive information such as the pages you view, your device and browser type, your IP address, and identifiers tied to an earlier ad click. Several of these companies are in the United States and use the data to deliver and measure our advertising on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information for money. Under California and other state laws, allowing advertising cookies, and the hashed contact data we share for conversion matching, may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. That is why we ask for consent and give you the controls below.
Your choices
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the consent banner and its settings. Turning off a category stops those tools from loading.
Global Privacy Control. We recognize the GPC signal. If your browser sends it, we treat it as a request to opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser automatically, with no further action from you.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. You can opt-out of selling or sharing your data, including advertising sharing, at any time through the consent banner, by sending a GPC signal, or by emailing privacy@olivertraveltrailers.com. Where state law requires it, we also provide a dedicated "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Guides are available for Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what we collect, to require that we delete or correct it, to opt-out of its sale or sharing and of targeted advertising, to limit the use of sensitive information, and to receive equal service whether or not you exercise these rights. California, several other U.S. states, and Canada (including Quebec) provide these rights. Disputes about cookies and tracking
Any dispute relating to cookies, pixels, tags, or other tracking technologies on the Site, including any claim under wiretapping, eavesdropping, or privacy laws, is a dispute about your use of the Site. It is governed by the binding individual arbitration agreement, class-action and jury waiver, governing-law, and Tennessee venue provisions in our Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated into this policy by reference. Those Terms also describe how to opt-out of arbitration within the stated time.
Our community forum
Our community forum at olivertraveltrailers.com/forums/ is part of the Site and is covered by this policy, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms and Conditions. The forum runs on separate community software (Invision Community) and today uses only essential cookies that keep you logged in and keep the forum working. It does not currently run advertising or analytics trackers.
We may add analytics, advertising, or social media tools to the forum in the future, such as Google Analytics, with or without cookies, and advertising or measurement tools from providers such as Google and Meta, and others we may use. If we do, we will handle them under the same consent approach we use elsewhere on the Site: any tool that sets analytics or advertising cookies, or shares your information with an advertising partner, will load only after you consent through the cookie controls, and any cookieless analytics measurement will be handled as described earlier in this policy. We will update this policy to list any such tool when it goes live.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the cookies and tools on our Site change. The effective date at the top shows the current version.
