No such thing as a stupid question, this is how we learn. I think these are all very good questions. We kept the stock camera but we liked our Tadibrothers better on our last camper and may eventually change it, but we did change out the monitor to a 7” the one that came with the camper was way too small.

Their oils are great. They have been very helpful to me for a slew of natural remedies. Nice to hear your good results using them for your knee.

Ohhhh I bet they are good in the air fryer, I’ll have to try that.😋

@SeaDawg I have a prescription (corticosteroid ointment) for my hives but I don’t like to use that unless they are really bad. I use Young Living essential oils and this Itch Be Gone Spray recipe has been what’s worked the best for me. I make up spray bottles of it and little roll on bottles that I carry in my purse.

Campfire Nachos Ingredients: 1 tablespoon neutral flavored oil ½ lb tortilla chips 1 (7.75 oz) can El Pato hot tomato sauce, or equivalent 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend 1 (14.5 oz) can black beans, drained 1 large avocado, cubed 4-5 green onions, sliced handful of fresh cilantro, chopped 1 small lime, cut into wedges Instructions: Lightly oil the bottom of a large dutch oven, to prevent the nachos from sticking. For the first layer, evenly spread ⅓ of the chips into the dutch oven, topped with ¼ can El Pato, ¼ can black beans, ¼ cup cheese, and a handful of avocado, green onions, and cilantro. Repeat for the second layer. For the third and final layer, use the remaining ⅓ portion of chips, ½ can El Pato, ½ can black beans, ½ cup cheese, and the remaining avocado, onion, and cilantro. Cover the dutch oven and place on a metal grill over your campfire for about 10 minutes, until the cheese has melted. Serve with the lime wedges.

@SeaDawg I love avocados! I have never grilled one, that’s intriguing. I’ll have to give it a try. I’m allergic to pineapple but my husband loves it, especially grilled. I do like ham steak, with a sweet potato..yum! What a lovely serenade you are listening to from the owls and cicadas. Nothing like the sounds of nature.

Exactly! Can do peaches as well, so good grilled!!😋

Great report! Wishing you many happy journeys in your new Ollie. -
I’m going to try the Benadryl cooling gel, I get chronic hives so I’m always willing to try a different anti itch product. Thanks for the recommendation!

Thank you! I didn’t know they came in silicone. I bought some spares of the regular ones but will definitely checkout the silicone, will probably last longer. -

A great tip from Ruth M. on the FB Oliver page in regards to replacing the keypad membrane: “When I replaced mine, I left the clear plastic coating on until it started to crack. It’s giving me another couple of years life on the replacement. They seem to otherwise last about 2 years.” -
@Steve and Deb Ugh, I hate those little buggers! I find the Thermacell works quite well, I carry Picaridin in the camper lotion and spray but I haven’t needed it with the Thermacells. I also use Johnson and Johnson Aloe Vera Lotion, someone recommended that in a camping group and it seems to work.🤷🏻♀️

I never camp without Thermacell! Mosquitos love me (feeling is not mutual) I have 2 of these Thermacells, a rechargeable and a patio version. They work so well that I use them at home too. What do you use to keep mosquitos away?
