rideadeuce Posted June 11, 2024 Posted June 11, 2024 I have been using this one for over a year. Used on bikes, motorcycles, lawn mower, Oliver, truck, and cars. It has been wonderful. 4 presets, put a quick chuck on it, hit start and done. Accuracy is better than most, especially on auto tires. Very portable and easy to use. Last a long time with extended time battery. https://a.co/d/fnRidVo https://locknlube.com/collections/air-tools/products/tire-inflator-adapter# https://locknlube.com/products/locknflate-locking-air-chuck If using with the Milwaukee you want OPEN option. $150 at Northerntool.com Quick chuck 1 4 - Mike Brentwood, TN - 2018 Elite II - Spirit of Adventure Hull #308 - 2016 Toyota Tundra Limited 5.7L Class IV hitch with 12k lb coupler, Dobinsons HD 2in Leaf springs, Timbren bump stops, Eibach Pro Truck Stage 2R, Mechman 370 amp HO alternator. HDRider Posted June 15, 2024 Posted June 15, 2024 I wish I had started down the Milwaukee road. I do think they are the best. I went all in on DeWalt. That way every battery is usable for all the tools I have. I have been putting off buying a battery air pump. My POS KOBALT has died. In all fairness I have had it for 10 years or so and my truck needs 80 PSI. Does anyone have DEWALT 20V MAX Tire Inflator DCC020IB? If I were servicing on a daily basis 55+ PSI tires, I too would get the Milwaukee, despite its much higher price and being less versatile. But my use is just for my 40 PSI TV & Ollie. So, I'll keep my five year old and still going strong DeWalt team. 1 TV: 2019 F-150 SuperCrew Lariat, 3.5L EcoBoost, 10 Speed Trans, Max Tow, FX-4, Rear Locker OLLIE: 2018 OE2 Hull 342, Twin Bed. jd1923 Posted June 15, 2024 Posted June 15, 2024 Milwaukee used to be great, made in USA back in the day. Not any longer and they were stuck on 12V when Dewalt was 18V. I had 5-6 Dewalt 18V tools and sold them all on Craigs 3 years ago, now on the 20/60V series. Maybe Milwaukee beats Dewalt on a tire inflater, maybe. Personally, I've never owned a battery-operated tire inflator. Prefer using a real compressor at home and in a rare case when needing air on the road, we just run by a tire shop. We're not the deflate/inflate off-road types where you really need one. Many Dewalt tools are built in USA, some in Mexico, and all with "internationally sourced parts." Most others are 100% China. Can Milwaukee do this with a 20/60V battery? I think not. Love this tool that we use for pruning more than anything else: DEWALT 20V MAX* XR Reciprocating Saw, Compact, Tool Only (DCS367B), Black - Amazon.com Dewalt 20V tools that travel with us regularly in the tow vehicle: 1) DEWALT (DCF887B) Impact Driver, 20V MAX XR, Brushless, 3-Speed, 1/4-Inch, Bare Tool Only(Bulk Packed) - Amazon.com 2) Amazon.com: DEWALT 20V MAX LED Work Light, Rechargeable Flashlight, Pivoting Head, Bare Tool Only (DCL050) : Patio, Lawn & Garden 3) Amazon.com: DEWALT 20V MAX Hand Vacuum, Cordless, for Wet or Dry Surfaces, 1/2-Gallon Tank, Washable Filter, Portable, Bare Tool Only (DCV517B) : Everything Else 4) DEWALT DCBL722B 20V MAX XR Li-Ion Handheld Blower (Tool Only) (5 Ah) New | eBay They all share 20V batteries and I have an extra Dewalt charger that stays wired in the rear of the attic. Chris has enough indoor work and she's staining the deck now! (After I sprayed deck cleaner and pressure washed.) In 45 minutes with the Stihl, I can do all the edges on our 3/4 acre. I would hate to use a week battery-operated trimmer. We don't grow grass in Arizona, just weeds in the spring and fall (after monsoon season). The large areas I hit with something like this! We are under severe fire restrictions in the Prescott NF! 🤣 The ground here is also too rocky. We need the walk-behind trimmer where those who live east would have a lawn mower.
