Looking at Craigslist trailers - mind boggling!

I am casually shopping for a nice, indoor stored small utility trailer. Unfortunately the average CL trailer seems to be rusted and rotted beyond belief, but the owners do not appear to think so...... I did find these two beauties, help me decide which to get..... 😄

I think the answer is simply “Which one can you mod more?”😃

Neither. I would just make my own. But forced to choose - number 1 - at least the lumber looks weathered and reusable for some kind of cool project. Yes - tear it apart asap. But given they are both on HF frames - well.
