DonnaDuane
Who can tell me the route of the wiring for the factory installed Voyager camera on a 2018 Oliver Elite I? The wire to the Voyager is not the traditional two wire (red/black), so I need to replace it. 1 2018 Elite TV - Audi Q5 3.0 TDI
Moderator+ ScubaRx Posted September 18, 2021 Moderator+ Share Posted September 18, 2021 Oliver has traditionally used yellow as their ground wires and purple as the positives. The wiring of the Voyager camera comes through the body into the upper rear cabinet. The white "bubble" insulation covers the wiring, just pull it down to access, it goes back up with a light application of spray adhesive. Grounding for the camera is likely done in the attic whereas the positive wire will run forward to the switch that controls power to the camera. DonnaDuane
Any idea where the plug is that converts the camera wire to a red black positive/negative wire? Also, what kind of adhesive is used to glue insulation back up? 2018 Elite TV - Audi Q5 3.0 TDI

I've used THIS Stuff. A bit expensive but it works. Moderators mossemi Posted September 18, 2021 Moderators Share Posted September 18, 2021 This picture is from a 2017 LE2 and it’s the inside of the attic with the installation pulled down. The cable from the camera to the connector is less than 18" from the roof penetration. BlueHighways
I recently dove into this thinking I had a problem with the wiring to the camera. To find the junction you are looking for, I had to remove the hard divider by unscrewing the 2 lag screws. My insulation pulled down easy and went back in place just as easy. As it turned out for me, my antenna had fallen off and I had no real problem. But, the dogwood beside my parking space did! It’s much stubbier now. 1 3 1 David and Vicky | Burns, TN | 2020 LEII #686 (RIP!)| 2024 LEII #1550 | 2017 Ford F-250 4x4 6.2L
