Travel Trailer Design

Four Season Camping

We have not seen a more effective design that shields from the elements, providing a level of protection that will give you confidence in any weather condition. Our four-season travel trailer is built with a unique double-hull fiberglass shell. You have similar attributes to double-pane windows, and we combine that with the standard LP ducted furnace, composite materials, insulation, and an air gap between them to help maintain comfortable interior temperatures and prevent condensation from forming.

Boondocking Off-Grid

Large fresh water and waste water tanks comfortably allow you to go off-grid. Our energy-efficient LED lighting ensures that a battery bank of up to four batteries can provide power for several days. Two 20-pound propane tanks provide enough hot water and cooking options, with the option to upgrade to 30-pound tanks for more flexibility. Optional solar and lithium battery packages and the standard feature remote freshwater refills let you extend your adventures from days to weeks while enjoying home comforts.

Easy, Stable Towing

The Oliver trailer is expertly designed for a steady and smooth towing experience. By placing the holding tanks low between the shells, we optimize tongue weight for better balance and stability. Batteries are positioned above the axles for balanced weight distribution. The outer lower shell encases the 2-inch by 5-inch aluminum frame, enhancing strength and reducing sway. This design ensures reliable towing performance and stability in various road conditions.

Double Fiberglass Core

Oliver's exterior and interior shells are constructed of gel-coated fiberglass, which offers superior benefits over metal, laminated composites, and other materials commonly used to build travel trailers. With Oliver, you can avoid the hassle of searching for older-model fiberglass trailers to refurbish. The seats, cabinets, walls, floor, and counters are made from molded fiberglass, ensuring you benefit from this durable material throughout your camper.

Aerodynamic Exterior

The Oliver trailer has curved corners and sleek sides to enhance towing aerodynamics and fuel efficiency. It also includes recessed exterior elements, which collaborate to greatly diminish air resistance. The underside of the trailer is enclosed to conceal tanks and water lines from outside elements. This design further lessens air drag and enables the trailer to glide through with minimal resistance.

Premium Class Materials

Thanks to its superior fiberglass shell, high-quality materials, and expert craftsmanship, the Oliver is built to last. This focus on durability extends to various components, including latches, shore power connections, and hinges, all made from the best quality materials. Even our frame and entry steps are made of aluminum for a "No Steel, No Rust, No Maintenance" factor. The decision to use 6061 aluminum equipped with zinc anodes for the trailer's frame and entry steps is significant because aluminum is known for its strength and corrosion resistance.

Oliver Travel Trailers Warranty
