Design of Oliver

Oliver has been family-owned and Tennessee-built since 2007. Every trailer is designed and assembled by the same team, on the same factory floor.

The four-season travel trailer has a double-hull fiberglass shell that works like a double-pane window for weather protection. The LP ducted furnace, composite materials, air gap, and insulation together keep the interior comfortable year-round and prevent condensation.

Go off-grid with large water tanks, LED lighting, and a high-capacity battery bank. Two 20-pound propane tanks (upgradable to 30-pound) handle hot water and cooking. Optional solar, lithium batteries, and remote freshwater refills extend your time away from hookups.

Oliver trailers tow smoothly and steadily. Low holding tanks and axle-positioned batteries keep the trailer balanced. A reinforced aluminum frame inside the lower shell adds strength and reduces sway.

Oliver's gel-coated fiberglass shells hold up longer than metal or laminated composites. Seats, cabinets, and counters are molded fiberglass too, so the same durability carries through the whole interior. Take a factory tour to see how an Oliver is built.

The Oliver trailer has curved corners, smooth sides, and recessed elements for better aerodynamics and fuel efficiency when towing. An enclosed underside shields tanks and water lines while reducing drag.

The gel-coated fiberglass shell and aircraft-grade aluminum frame are built for long-term durability. Aluminum steps resist corrosion, with no wood to rot or rust anywhere in the structure.

Oliver's non-transferable limited warranty covers 5 years for the fiberglass body and chassis, 2 years for manufactured parts, and 1 year for non-Oliver components.
