  1. We have modified our plumbing system for the 2017 models by eliminating our 90 degree elbows eliminating potential water leaks. We haven't had any issues with water leaks but we are always looking at how we can make the Oliver better. We are now using pex bend supports. We have also started using a different diverter tee which allows for greater flow.

  2. I had the same problem with my Andersen. Very loud and embarrassing when towing a new trailer - mine is 3 months old. Called Andersen and they told me the problem is water getting into the brake lining between the ball and hitch. They have a new replacement with an updated construction. The replacement is now, according to them, a "graphite impregnated, high-density poly-ethylene (HDPE)" compound. I recently installed this replacement and am once again proud to be towing an ollie.

  3. Here's a mod I used on my '08 Ollie to significantly increase the water pressure and efficiency from the pump. I don't know how the newer ones are wired but this may be useful. Simple and cheap! http://olivertraveltrailers.com/topic/water-pressure-2/

  4. That is one unique Oliver! Amazing and well done. I agree that this could open up all kinds of graphics possibilities.

  5. You should be very proud of that design. Frankly, I think you've added something important to the Oliver community. Not only is your trailer beautiful, but as far as I know, no one has thought of doing a wrap on the entire trailer before. It's a fantastic idea and I strongly suspect that you won't be the last person to do this. Like you say, the design potential is infinite, and equally important is that we now know that there's an easy way to get a custom color on these trailers without painting or asking Oliver to revamp their production line. In fact, I could see Oliver getting into the custom wrap business just so they can offer different colors. I'd love to see some close ups of how the wrap works around tight areas, seams, corners, trim pieces, etc.
