John, We had problems connecting our internet as well. We have a Verizon portable MiFi unit which works great connecting to all our devices…except the tv! We never did get it to connect, it’s on our list of “things to figure out” for next camping season!🤔

@SeaDawg Yes, I agree “refreshed” is a better choice of words. I think it’s wonderful many of the “lower 48” are still original owners and friends. I love hearing stories about the Oliver from owners that bought back when they started producing them and the fact that you still have your Ollie’s just attests to its quality. I also love seeing those photos of recent owners picking up their new Oliver’s, it’s such a happy day, seeing those smiling faces!

Spots on the red would be so fun…lady bug!! Wonder where the black one is now? I love the white as well and would have still chosen white if given the choose but it’s pretty cool to see these two colors especially knowing at least the red one has been lovingly restored. The black is a bit too morbid looking for my taste but I still think it’s fun to see those different colors. They would definitely stand out in the sea of white at the Oliver Rally…lol

@topgun2 Oh wow! It does look blue in the light. It’s great that someone restored the red one. So unique! I’m guessing the black one was difficult to stay clean and not show scratches, black is tricky but looks beautiful when shiny and new! Ceramic coating would be beautiful on these color Oliver’s! Thank you for giving me some history on them, so unique!

That is so interesting and makes sense about getting the color out of the machines. I think it’s pretty cool that they even matched the color on the A/C and roof components. I see there is a blue top and black bottom one in one of the photos. I wonder how many color ones were made?

I knew there was a red Oliver but I didn’t know there was a black one. Does anyone know it’s whereabouts? Hull number? Did Oliver make any other colors besides the red one and a black? Were they the only two prototypes?

I sent in a photo of our Oliver to play “Stump Matt the RV guy” The contest on YouTube was if Matt couldn’t identify your RV you win a spot on the wheel and extra spot if he doesn’t guess the year. Matt was clueless about the Oliver and the model year so I got 2 spots on the wheel. The wheel landed on my name and I won the grand prize!🎉😃 He was a bit of a sore loser and said “you can keep the Oliver”!! Indeed I will!😜 FullSizeRender.MOV IMG_9233.MOV

That’s a very clever space saving idea you could use to store anything! Does it not interfere (enough depth) with your clothes/coats hanging? We hang all our clothes. I would like this just to fill the dead space back there to store odds and ends. We currently use an inexpensive hanging shoe rack.

I think you will be very happy with them! We love our KTT mattresses, they are pricey but I feel the mattress comfort is so important and must be comfy to truly enjoy your camping experience. Nothing worse than a bad mattress!! I’m so excited for you, I remember when you ordered your Oliver and now it’s almost pickup time!🎉

We use a leaf blower, haven’t had any issues using it, it does a fast and great job removing all the leaves. You can always close your vent and we put a cover on our A/C when we aren’t using it so nothing gets into those places.
