Texas Oliver Rally 2025

I have attached the updated list for those attending the Rally.  Please review and let me know if I need to change anything.   Looking forward to seeing everyone in October.

Donna and Scott — We plan on attending the pot luck and BBQ dinner, but I can’t figure out how to post it on the Google docs document. The app the site suggested will not download. Perhaps it’s my antique iPad. I think this is the same problem I encountered months ago when I tried to enter that info. We are No. 16 in the Texas Oliver Rally list. John Goodspeed and Marianne Odom. Thanks, and we’re looking forward to seeing y’all again..

John Godspeed, I have added your participation to BbQ and potluck on the form.  You have to download the Google Sheets app on your phone to download the list.  Here is the link to try again.

@Donna and Scott Donna, FYI...Thea and I will not attend the rally anymore, we sold our Ollie! I have emailed Texas State Parks, so site# 54 will be up from grabs.

Okay thanks for letting me know.  Did you sell it through the Oliver Travel Trailers for sale FB page?  Don't forget to inform Oliver if the new Owners name.  I believe there is a transfer ownership form on Oliver's website too

Hey everyone, Paula Ratliff Cleo Jr Ratliff needs to collect for the BBQ dinner $25.00 per person so we can pay the BBQ guy to lock it in by Friday September 5, everyone please put your first and last name and Texas rally in the message section. WOW, we now have 50 Olivers represented for this rally. I have updated the list on Google Sheets but have attached an image of this list below.

Please make sure you get your BBQ dinner payment in to Paula ( Cleo Ratliff Jr ) as the BBQ has to paid prior to the week of the event and a deposit of $1000 is due Friday (Sept 5).

CGI Detailing will be providing t-shirts and if you are interested in getting one, please make sure you have picked the size you desire on the Attendees list as well. Those that have already selected size, please double check your selection, as there have been several folks looking at this list and may have accidently altered your selection.

Paula will also be posting an itinerary closer to the event. Remember there will be a meet and greet at the firepit in the Live Oak Loop.

There will be door prizes and plan to hold drawings the night of the BBQ for those in attendance.

Arriving on the 20th, not sure of the time. 

We called park reservations on 18 Sep, and we told there were still 1 site (#72) plus an ADA site

We wanted to make you aware of what appears to be a conflict regarding reservations for site 61.  We made our reservation for the rally this morning (18 September) and were assigned to site #61.  However, the Rally spreadsheet from 3 September shows a different Oliver in that site already.  We called the park directly and they confirmed that the reservation for site 61 for 20-22 Oct is in our name. Not sure how you want to proceed?

I didn't know at the time that original reservation was cancelled.  Found out this weekend.  Are planning to due the BBQ etc ?

Fairly simple - 

left click on the person's avatar that you want the private message (PM) to go to.

That person's Forum personal page will come up on your screen - look for the "message" blue button in the center of the page (hint - it is in the photo if they have one).

left click on that "message" button and type your message.

Don't forget to left click on the "send" button at the bottom of the message page.

You are done.

But I need to search for someone and don't know their forum name and I can't find them on Facebook.  I need to talk to them about the Texas Rally this October.  I don't have a hull number either I just have their name ending in Harrison and that they will be in site 21

Thanks, looking forward to it!  I messaged with Cleo and unfortunately I'm going to have to miss the BBQ, I'll be leaving earlier on the 22nd.  I did add my t-shirt size on the Google sheet.
