Wayfinder Posted June 7, 2021 Posted June 7, 2021 After 5 years of use the uncrimped wire, which supplies power to the water pump, finally came loose from the connector. After close inspection I discovered the connector was never actually crimped onto the wire. Only the plastic housing around the connector was crimped to the wire. I also added a tie wrap to the wire protector so it does not pull down on the connector again. Easy fix. Moderators topgun2 Posted June 8, 2021 Moderators Posted June 8, 2021 Actually, it is fairly amazing that it took five years for that wire to become detached enough for it to stop working. And, it does not appear that there was any "arching" on the end of that wire. Ralph Mawyer Posted June 8, 2021 Posted June 8, 2021 Steve, I think you should write or dictate a history of Oliver development, to include all the internal insight you have....to be published posthumously, of course. 🙂 12 hours ago, ScubaRx said: Looking at that wiring, I could tell you exactly who wired your trailer. 2020 Legacy Elite II : Hull 625 - 2013 Lexus LX 570 San Antonio/Boerne - Texas Hill Country
