Hawks nest highway

Very curvy!  Have any of you traveled hawks nest highway towing your Ollie?  Or million dollar highway in colorado?

But doable, right?  I’ve ridden the million dollar on my Harley and only saw the road then too.  Lol!

It’s doable.  We’ve done it twice and will probably do it again next summer.  Our son and family live at the southern end (Durango) and we like Ridgway State Park.  It’s the only road between the two!  Mike

Easily doable, just look where you want to go, not where you don’t.  I was a bit desensitized after doing  Black Bear Pass to Telluride with a Land Cruiser group, without the trailer. I was happy Oliver is only 7’ wide.

A bit un-nerving when passing a semi-car carrier going the other way, but not a problem. Don't exceed the speed limit

We’ve only gone from Silverton to Ouray, not the opposite direction. I don’t if Tali would go for that as she would be riding on the edge looking down.
