  1. While I'm not Buzzy, I do have a program on my phone "List Master" that allows me to check off each task as it's completed. Our list is comprised of the following, with a few other items that are specific to our set up and break down of camp that I've not included. It's in alphabetical order because that's the way the app lists them, so they're not necessarily in order of completion. Campground Arrival/Departure Checklist Inside Blinds – close/open Booster – off/on Fridge – door closed securely Furnace – off Garbage – stowed or disposed Grey tank valve – closed/open Inverter - off Pump – off/on Television – secured Vents – closed Water heater – off Windows - closed Outside Breakaway cable connected Campsite check for anything left behind Chocks – removed/put away Door latch secured Electric cord stored Jack support blocks stowed Light Check Mat – doormat put away Propane – off/on Safety chains – secured Safety pin – secured Stabilizers – up Steps – up Surge protector – stowed/put away WDH – attached and socket stored I also do a final walk around the truck/trailer just to be sure everything looks good prior to heading out. ~Marsha

  2. Hi all, I am finally getting around to introducing my self and Olive Oyl. I picked her up on May 11th but unfortunately had to get right back to Maine and back to work. I am very new to RVing, the learning cure has been quite steep and I'm sure i have a ways to go. I work in health care and most days i hit the ground running it's not unusual for me to be up and on call 36 to 48 hours at a time, Olive here is my escape. People keep asking me were i want to go, i honestly have no idea, I'll figure it out when i get there. I'm sure I'll be posting questions, this community seems very helpful and knowledgeable. A quick shout out to Moutainborn, I'm the crazy woman who kept getting you to stop in Bangor ME, thank you, your help was invaluable. It took awhile but it finally happened! 3. When visiting Trumpetguy's "Setting Sail" I noticed a temporary table that was set between the twin beds. Just the night before I had thought that something like this would be very handy for placing a snack, the tv remote or even a drink. In addition, this table/shelf could be used to hold a CPAP machine or similar item for those that need these things. During the day or for travel, the table/shelf is easily removed and stored under the couch/bed. I believe that Trumpetguy made his out of a piece of wood, but, I had a fairly heavy piece of dark smoke Plexiglas scrap laying around, so, I used that. The rough dimensions are 20 x 10 inches, but, it could be made as necessary. Once the piece is cut , sanded and the edges rounded, it is simply "wedged" between the two mattresses to hold it in place. Bill

  4. Bill, The AC runs fine on just the batteries. We let the AC run while loading up last week and after four hours were still at 12 v. I have bought two additional T105s to install in the nose cone behind the tanks. This will give me 335 usable amps at 50% draw down. one thing I have learned is that batteries need high volts to get a full charge. I set my blue sky to 15 v in and that makes a huge difference.

  5. Hey Bill the next time you visit Hohenwald, ask them for one of the blanks they cut out for the Windows or door. They have lots of them and no use for them. You can have a table that identically matches your Ollie. You may want to put a rubber mold around the edges.

  6. Mount Mitchell SP NC between Asheville NC and Boone NC on the Blue Ridge Parkway. There is tent only campground there, but still a nice place to visit with a restaurant close to the summit. When it's hot in the lower elevations, great place to cool off. Took these shots today:
