Yes I saw that but the wing wasn’t out.

You mentioned a 300 amp breaker. I only saw a 30 amp along with 4 - 20 amps under a black removable panel under dinette. When I removed the seat cushion and hatch, I didn’t see anything that looked like a circuit breaker, just the power inverter. am I missing something?
-
Welp seems none of the circuit breakers had popped. Now what? Did I fail to tighten the bolts enough? Should I take a torque wrench to them?
-
Yes. I have an Elite I so I’m figuring my circuit breaker is under the dinette cushion. I went to great lengths to ensure positive bridge cable went to positive terminals and 4 or so negative cables went to each of the negative terminals

Thank you. I’ll try that and let you know how that goes.

I just installed new Lifeline AGM batteries and found no power inside trailer. Beyond properly connecting positive and negative, is there anything I need to reset inside to allow new batteries to power the system?

Best Source for AGM Batteries - 2018 Elite
DonnaDuane replied to DonnaDuane's topic in General Discussion
Thank you Bugeyedriver. I found online suppliers require purchase of 4-6 batteries to avoid $360 shipping charges, or they were sold out of the ones I need. I found a very local place that has several pallets full of the Lifelines that I’m replacing at about $70 less per battery than the online places. picking them up tomorrow. Duane -
I live in Portland Oregon and need to get 2 new AGM Batteries for my 2018 Elite. Who should I buy them from? Store? Online? Oliver?

Dometic toilet mystery filling/leaking
DonnaDuane replied to DonnaDuane's topic in General Discussion
Thank you SeaDawg and TopGun2. You two are why I love owning an Oliver. I will follow your suggestions and report back. -
Last night our toilet slowly filled with water by itself. Thankfully we caught it before it overflowed. This afternoon there was water at the base for no apparent reason. I visually inspected the hose connections and the foot pedal mechanism, and see no evidence of a leak or problem. Any ideas as to why and how to fix are appreciated. Duane and Donna

Tire Cover Knob Frozen Stuck
DonnaDuane replied to DonnaDuane's topic in Mechanical & Technical Tips
Thank you all for you ideas. I will try hair dryer first. It is below freezing here and it could be moisture got on the threads. Next I'll try a better penetrating lube spray with wrenches and hammer. If those don't work, I'll get the axle socket at Napa. I'll let you know how it goes. Duane -
Anyone know a reliable way to unstick the knurled knob that holds the spare tire cover on? I put lube on exposed threads and use a rubber mallet on the knob without success. A few months ago I have removed it and reinstalled with no problem. Probably should have put lube on threads at that time, but didn't. Thank you for your help. I need the spare now as I have a flat I cannot repair. Duane Smelser

Yippee!!! New camera installed and working perfectly. Thank you for all your help. Could not have done it without you.

Any idea where the plug is that converts the camera wire to a red black positive/negative wire? Also, what kind of adhesive is used to glue insulation back up?
-
Who can tell me the route of the wiring for the factory installed Voyager camera on a 2018 Oliver Elite I? The wire to the Voyager is not the traditional two wire (red/black), so I need to replace it.

Third-Party Maintenance Facilities
DonnaDuane replied to MDuncan's topic in Mechanical & Technical Tips
Sure. Underneath near the wheel well there was about a 3 inch tear/crack in the fiberglass. Also, where the awning bracket attached to the shell there were hairline cracks in the gel coat. Oliver paid for the repairs because it was still under warranty. -

Condensation problems with fiberglass walls?
DonnaDuane replied to AuthorSP's topic in General Discussion
I had serious condensation issues the first winter I had my Ollie because I spend every weekend at a ski resort in very sub freezing temps (as low as -15). BUT, the is my first foray into RV camping, so didn't know diddly about it. NOW, I've got it totally dialed in. No more condensation EVER, regardless of the outside temp, or how much I shower or cook. I believe I've shared all my tips and tricks on my Profile page or some post somewhere (Lessons Learned from a Beginner or something like that) -
I've had mine for nearly 3 years and love it. No problems running anything on my Ollie

E-bike Recommendations and Experiences
DonnaDuane replied to Mike and Carol's topic in General Discussion
Don't get one. They lead to harder more dangerous drugs. A real bike may seem like too much work, but your body will thank you for it someday. -
Dang! I've been drinking lots of water straight from my Ollie taps since I got it 3 years ago. Based on everything I've read above, I should be dead by now. It's a miracle! Oh, but I live in a place where our tap water is as perfect and pristine as it comes. I've never tasted plastic from Ollie water. It tastes exactly like what I drink from my tap here in Portland Oregon, and I've yet to sanitize the tank. I suppose I should soon, given it's been 3 years. I do always leave it empty when not in use.

Vehicles that tow the Oliver Legacy Elite I
DonnaDuane replied to capl's topic in General Discussion
I've pulled mine with a 2016 Audi Q5 TDI quite successfully up and down all kinds of mountain passes for the past 3 years. The official towing capacity of all Audi Q5s is 4500lbs. We go freeway speeds and get about 24 mpg towing. -
2-3 pairs of skis fit perfectly on the floor while traveling to the next ski area. I also like a set of resistance tubes.

I'm considering getting a new back up camera, and would like to hear from anyone with experience with the new Furrion Vision S camera. How well does it work driving at night? My old Voyager camera was terrible because of the glare from cars headlights. Also, how wide is the field of view? Does it stream reliably, or are there occasional stalls in the picture before it catches up with what's actually happening? Thank you for anything you can provide. Duane and Donna
