  1. Yes Level 2 is actually Levels 1 & 2. In the group that you are zip lining with you will have some that could be doing only Level 1 and some doing both Levels. Those only doing Level 1 will get off at the midway point. It's not a far walk back to starting point or lodge from the end of Level 1. The end of Level 2 is a little longer walk but not bad.
  2. Here are few activity list we have started... Biking or Hiking Zip Lining Golf

  4. I'll play Saturday & Monday... Play to a 2-3 handicap but don't mind playing with higher handicaps.

  6. We have worked out a great deal with the Eagle's Nest Golf Course. 18 Holes with a cart for $25 if we can get a group of 10 or more. If you'd like to play, state the day you'd like to play so we can get a list going to reserve tee times. Saturday, Sunday or Monday... or multiple days if you want.
  7. There will be opening ceremonies Friday night and closing ceremonies Monday night, but lots of things to do on Saturday and Sunday. http://olivertraveltrailers.com/email/2018-Oliver-Rally-Agenda.pdf
  8. LOL Too funny!... Glad your Ollie is OK!
  9. I can understand your frustration and will pass along the communication issues you've addressed with our GM. We are actually in the process of hiring a couple of people that should be able to help with our communication processes. For now, if a response is not given by our Service Department in a timely manner or not at all, please contact Brent Robinson at the number above and he will be sure to follow up.
  10. I have been with Oliver since early 2014 and just wanted to add my insight. The Forums were developed as a way to communicate between owners about modifications, places to see, etc. They were never intended to be, nor are they now, a direct communication channel between owners and the company. There are five Oliver owners that are moderators and well over 1,000 members to give their take on things. At any given time, day or night, there are anywhere from 5-20 people active simultaneously on the Forum. We are a small company and unfortunately just don't have the resources to monitor the forums on an around the clock basis. Yes, we do try to post information or technical bulletins when we develop them, but as a small, growing company we find ourselves wearing many hats and can't always do it in a manner that satisfies our media driven society’s need for instant responses. It may seem that we are ignoring issues or requests when we don't reply or post something here, but believe me, nothing could be further from the truth. Our reputation for integrity and transparency probably works against us sometime as we set the bar so much higher for ourselves than others in our industry. We definitely want you to be happy with your Oliver. I have worked for good and bad companies over the years and can happily say that Oliver truly cares about their customers and its employees. My suggestion for anything technically related with your Oliver, whether it is a warranty related issue or a routine service is to contact Jason in our service department. He can be reached during normal business hours at 866-205-2621 or 931-796-6836. He always tries to return calls the same day, but again, like the rest of us, he’s only human and unfortunately, we have to let him go home sometimes too. If for some reason, you don’t hear back from him in a timely manner, please try reaching out to Brent in our Sales department at 888-526-3978.
  11. It has been noticed that some images are missing sometimes in threads. This is generally caused from users embedding images from a third-party image host like photobucket and then somehow the images are removed from the host. You can see an example here.... http://olivertraveltrailers.com/topic/dexter-single-axle-suspension-kit-legacy-elite/ Keep in mind that if you delete an account from an image host or remove an image, it will also remove the image (or post an image not found) anywhere you have embedded it. Just wanted everyone to be aware. Thanks!
  12. Mike... I hate that you won't be able to make it. Enjoy the wedding with your family!
  13. We recently received a invitation to attend the Boler in Winnipeg Manitoba, Canada on August 15-19, 2018. This looks to be a large gathering of molded fiberglass travel trailers. Anyone attending? http://www.myboler.com/
  14. I will be making a group list for golf, biking, zip lining and any other lists we want to put together. Probably after the first of the year, I'll email everyone with more info on dates/times of the group activities. I'll probably be working with a volunteer to help with this. I will probably need more info on what activities everyone wants to do and how often. Some may want to bike or hike daily, etc... As of today there are 66 attendees registered on the website. A total of 36 campers (33 Olivers). And I'm guessing that not everyone that has registered at the campground has registered here on our website. And that's OK. As long as you are registered (and paid here) by April 1, 2018... that's all that matters. After April 1st, the price goes up to $45 per person. The campground said there are about 30 campers registered for the Rally (using the Oliver code) but there are several others registered. My guess is that some people that registered with the campground did not give them the Oliver code. For discounted rates, let reservations know you are with the Oliver Travel Trailers Rally (Group Code 7066) Camping Reservations : (256) 571-5455
  15. Overland... We are extremely sorry to read that you've had several issues with your Oliver. We would like more information about the issues you had and help you if there are issues that have not been addressed. If you don't mind, I'm going to private message you.
  16. Thanks for the awesome write up on Guntersville. It's going to be a great time for everyone!
  17. Hi everyone... we actually have thought about this and would like to run an annual photo contest out of it. Possible prizes could be a nice new DSLR or Mirriorless camera or other stuff. I have a mirrorless Panasonic Lumix GH4 that is pretty awesome. Probably several prizes to be given away. My thought is that registered members of the website could upload photos and also vote on the photos. You could share them on social media possibly. Let me put some thought into this. I think we could build a map with thumbnails or markers that indicate a photo has been taken from the location. I'll need a few fields for the upload form. Upload - upload the file Title - Whatever you want to name your photo Location - possibly can pull this from the photo's meta data and if missing you can input a location Description - You can write up something about the location, experience, etc. Date - When the photo was taken, possibly pulled from the photo's meta data Maybe some type of category field... Campground, National Park, On the Road, etc. Any input will be appreciated.
  18. I'm in for golf... I didn't get to play it when I visited but look pretty nice from the road. And it's not far from the lodge or campsites.
  19. We have update our Rally page with more information. http://olivertraveltrailers.com/rally/ There will be a fee of $35 per attendee that will help cover group meals, meeting space and more. Oliver is also sponsoring part of the expenses. During registration, you can also pre-order your 2018 Rally T-Shirt for $7 each, which is cost to have the made. If you have any question, feel free to private message me.
  20. Thank you all for the input. We will be posting all types on Maintenance & Care videos along with our How-To video series that will be more on the general features of our travel trailers. We will be posting them as we get them and hope to have most done within the next month or so.
  21. I had a ton of respect for Robert as a co-worker and remained a friend after he left. Him leaving us has been tough to swallow. Prayers for his family. Missing Partee!
  22. We are in the process of locating qualified and reputable RV maintenance facilities across the country. The goal is to provide our owner's with outstanding service within reasonable distance. If you have had a good experience with a third-party maintenance shop, please let us know here so we can do additional research and add them to our database. Thanks!
  23. We are in the process of locating third-party maintenance facilities across the U.S. that are qualified and have good reputations to service Oliver owner's trailers. We are starting with the West Coast since it is such a long haul for them to have service work done back here in TN. If some of you owners have had good experiences with third-party maintenance shops, please let us know. I'll start a new thread for input.
  24. Care and Maintenance Checklist... I was wrong. We did a Setup checklist and Pre-Travel checklist but not one for maintenance. The current owner's manual has a section for care and maintenance that I have extracted and can be viewed below. http://olivertraveltrailers.com/wp-content/uploads/oliver-university/Checklist/Care-and-Maintenance.pdf We will make something more formal if needed.
  25. I will post about the new ticketing system when it is ready to go live. I'll also probably email all owners with more information as well. Thank you everyone for your patience while we get the systems in place.
