I have the Furrion Vision S on our 2023 Elite also and IF you do do this mod I am interested. The glare reduction alone will help. Of course a higher resolution camera would be nice but the $$$ are a bummer.

Dennis and Melissa; your first photo appears to show the small 'ball' in the end of the pin is missing. Perhaps it's my eyesight. That small ball is the only thing that will keep the pin from making its way free.

I wonder, does this apply to only newly manufactured RVs etc OR does the code apply retroactively to those in service (I can't see that happening}?

When we took delivery of our #1403 Elite in mid June of 2023 there was another Elite inside the gates that had been rolled and it was like looking at an absolute disaster. It did not disintegrate as a stick built would have but it was bad. The entire trailer was wrapped up up in plastic. We were told that the guy had dropped his cell phone and was reaching to retrieve it.

I like the exterior look. The interior side, especially the valence? Not so much at all. To be honest the limited opening would seriously make me think twice about purchasing the trailer.

We used to live down in the Coachella Valley in Rancho Mirage for 5+ years and during that time drove through once! We did not own the Oliver at that time. I did however, frequent the park may decades ago while in the Boy Scouts. It is quite surreal in many places and ways.

When did Oliver begin the manufacture of the Legacy Elite ll ?

Remove the ball & ball mount from the receiver and replace them in the receiver upside down. Then use your favorite hammer and let gravity help.
