Greetings to the Oliver from NY — camping in St Mary’s Campground, Glacier National Park! I didn’t see you arrive, but left a note at your door this morning. You’re my first Oliver sighting after months on the road. I hope to see you later in the campground. 

 

Update: I was happy to meet my neighbors Larry & Gracie, and look forward to seeing them again at the rally, if not sooner. Happy Trails!

I spied an LE II headed West on Interstate 40 just West of Asheville, NC late this morning - of course the Ollie was white but the pickup towing it was a dark grey.

There are a couple out there, one red and one black.  The owners of the red one are forum members here.  There are others that have wrapped their Ollies.  You just don’t see them very often.

Somewhere here on the Forum there are pics of the colored Ollies, the stories behind them and the story as to why they are not produced.

I'm thinking they came to their senses that adding colors would not sell more trailers, would increase production complexity and  increase inventory costs.  not a winning formula

About an hour ago 2:15pm EDT I spied an Oliver LE 2 headed south/east on Interstate 26 near the Blue Ridge Parkway bridge.  The TV was a black Ford (Super Duty I think) and both the Ollie and TV had Florida plates.

Looking good over in the slow lane just tooling along.
