I look forward to meeting more owners. If my count from here, the Oliver Facebook group, and the Egg Rally Facebook group is correct, that's 11 Olivers expected to attend! 3 ----- Steve - Northern Ohio, USA Wandering around on occasion, always lost. 2021 Toyota Land Cruiser - 2023 Oliver Elite II Twin Hull #1360 “Curiosity” Facebook - Instagram Camped in Curiosity = Green —— Visited with Curiosity = Gray

It is a fiberglass trailer rally in Live Oak, Florida. This year is their eighth event, with over 200 trailers in attendance (with Casita trailers being the vast majority.) Steve Morris
@Mike and Jill We stopped for brunch at Trilogy Kirchen on the east side of Deland (not the downtown one) on our way to New Smyrna Beach. Wonderful food and service. Were we near you? We went to Blue Springs state Park yesterday with 675 manatee for the day's count. Down from a record 900 some the day before. Then had lunch at Hollerbach Cafe in Sanford afterward. 3 ----- Steve - Northern Ohio, USA Wandering around on occasion, always lost. 2021 Toyota Land Cruiser - 2023 Oliver Elite II Twin Hull #1360 “Curiosity” Facebook - Instagram Camped in Curiosity = Green —— Visited with Curiosity = Gray

I attended Daytona Bike week for about 15 years straight and in order to get away from the biker madness I rented (along with another couple of guys) a cabin at Blue Springs. Once the "day trippers" left at dark all that we heard was silence. Really nice place to sit back in one of their rocking chairs on the screened in porch and relax. Besides - the manatees and all of the fish in that short run from the Spring to the river were great to watch. Moderators SeaDawg Posted January 23 Moderators Share Posted January 23 @Steve Morris, sounds like you two are doing a "springs" themed tour of Florida... I think you've mentioned three so far! We have so many beautiful springs (21 of our Florida state parks contain springs) that i haven't seen them all... Bill Belleville wrote an amazing essay on Blue Springs. He was an amazing writer, Florida naturalist. Glad you are enjoying your time here. Best time of the year to see the manatees! 1 2008 Ram 1500 4 × 4 2008 Oliver Elite, Hull #12 Florida and Western North Carolina, or wherever the truck goes.... 400 watts solar. DC compressor fridge. Mike and Jill
@Steve Morris Yes, Triolgy is about 10 mins from Jill and me. I haven't eaten there but have seen it driving down New York ave. It sounds like Blue Springs was packed with manatees with kind of numbers. Currently we're down in the Keys at Curry Hammock SP enjoying some fun in the sun. Take care and safe travels 3 2023 Legacy II hull # 1446 "The Scout" .
