  1. Hello to all my Oliver buddies. We have been very busy withcamping trip since going over to the world of rivets so I just want to say howdy and we miss the Oliver family. Airstreamers are terrific but there are so many you just don't get the sense of family you do with Oliver. We were signed up for Eggs on the River in Hiawassee but our Grandsons high school graduation is that weekend so wehad to cancel. We've been busy camping recently but haven't run into any Olivers. Headed to Grand Canyon and Southern Utah next month so maybe we will run into Ollie out West. Be blessed.

  2. We checked into the Gatlinburg KOA tonight to refill and dump the tanks. It's a nice camp ground and a safe place to leave the trailer today and go for a drive here in the Smokey Mountain National Park and see the sights :) The adjustable step has been in use the last 3 days, I'm definitely glad that we brought it with us.

  3. Hey Buzzy - just curious, why not leave the videos up but disable the comments? That way people will still be able to see your great work and you won't feel obligated to respond to all of the questions.

  4. Last week before we picked up it was suggested that a "Where's Ollie" thread might be good for folks to post pictures of where they've been, maybe with a few comments about the location. I'll get it going.... This is Hillman Ferry State Park in KY at Land Between the Lakes. Nice campground, with lots of lake water activities. You can get a site right on the lake to fish from!

  5. Mine was absolutely pristine - no spots, no compound, no water marks, no ..... In addition, when I went back to the Mothership to get Twist this past Fall after they had performed a couple of additions, it was once again cleaned. Certainly they were not "testing for leaks" that time. And, even the tires were "dressed". Just got to love those guys and gals at Oliver! Bill

  6. geO, I use a two step filtering process that is inexpensive, takes up little room, and has worked well for me for years. First, I use those one of those "blue" filters that is readily available at RV supply locations. Be sure to change it out occasionally and run a bit of water through it first to get rid of the loose carbon dust. Secondly, inside the trailer, I use a small Britta water filter system. Pete
