Hello and welcome to our online community! Without technical information about your trailer it can be a tough go. Good news, on the web site home page go to the header on the left, labeled “Travel Trailers”. Click on it and at the bottom of the pop up list is Oliver University. If you look there you will find a downloadable pdf of the owners manual. Under the Components label you will find the same type files for your systems and componets. I have all of the files for our trailer loaded onto my iPad. I also have technical information that Jason Essary has put out in bulletin format. Roguebooks, do you have a controller, or just the zamp port with a fuse? The unit John posted does not have a controller. If you simply have a port, and inline fuse, wired to the battery, you need a controller, also. That's the way most "solar ready" options are wired. If so, Click through the options in John's post for a suitcase INCLUDING controller. It's a bit more. Sherry

Yep - these things are indeed very much like those old blinds. Put a little too much pressure on that thing and those little gears just can't handle it without a bit of assistance. I usually wind mine all the way out and then back it up a half turn or so just to be on the safe side. Glad that everything worked out - all's well that ends well. Bill
