Was talking to a folks today who have been workamping at Grand Teton for last 4 years and the deductions he mentioned were NUMEROUS, mileage to and from and while there, food, campsite (he's paid by check by a concessionaire vs campsite swap) and best advise was to check with a tax person in the state you file taxes in. Chuck

  8. Do we have a list of potential and/or 'fursuregonnago' folks fir this here shindig?? 9. Hi there noneoftheabove! Got our RockTamers after I got a 1 1/2" chunk out of the front of my hitch platform. Luckily, SeaDawg had "outgrown" theirs (went to a beautiful Dodge Hemi 4x4) from their now lucky daughters Chevy. They seem to keep front of the Phunny Pharm MUCH cleaner and no more chips. We've been giving some thought to the 22'er Oliver.......but haven't seen one yet. Love our 17'er!! Chuck n Geri
  10. Great new accessory for factory to offer. They really do listen to their customers!! Hope we meet up soon, Chuck
  11. Hi Jerry43, Welcome to the forum! Info is very good as I don't know anyone else who has pulled an Oliver with a front wheel drive. Chuck
  12. An Oliver owner who shall remain anomnyous was passing through Panama City, FL and ogling all the GREEN bikinis as reported by his navigator Oscar on St Patricks Day .................
  13. Congratulations on your retirement!!! You deserve it, you've earned it, and you WILL enjoy every minute of it!!!! But the catfish will not be happy........... See ya' soon at Lake Greeson, hoping to caravan up with Pete n Oscar! Chuck n Geri n critters
  14. Hi Phil ! Thanks for posting the pix ! Looks like a great time was had by all. Pete has been raving about how much fun he had. Hopefully we can make it next year ! Chuck
  15. Having gone to a few fiberglass trailer rallies, it is remarkable to see how well they stand up ! A little care and/or restoration and they look like new . Stickies just don't handle age well .
  16. Saw Bugeyedrivers backup camera tonite and it's really nice ! $$ but is really cool !!
  17. Hi Sherry! We did get the screen room that was on another thread but haven't used it yet. It has no floor so we will use the floor from Sewing Susan(casita Forum) but this will not be mosquito proof ! Espscially in Alaska! But shud do well in NM. Alaska mosquitoes and no see ums are VERY aggresive. Good Luck! Chuck n Geri
  18. A once a year wax job is my recommendation for exterior. Replace anode rod in hot water heater once a year and wheel bearing and brakes should be checked at least yearly. You will find yourself checking out your Oliver on a steady basis as you use it. The factory does need a mx sked in owners manual as well as a wiring diagram. Depending on your resisence, winter mx is needed also. Fiberglass trailers will last a longer time than "stickies" because mx is so easy to do. Chuck
  19. Now all I gotta' do now is find a copy !!! Congatulations to Oliver!!!!
  20. Now if that ? was about something FROM Arkansas......... oooops, am I in truuble??? Chuck
  21. Had these in both my Casitas and loved 'em. Thanks for passing on their website as I lost it when my old computer crashed Hope to see ya' before we head west next month. Chuck
  22. How about that nice area 'twixt the frame members ? ? That would also make a nice place for a safe. Chuck
  23. Thank you for the link ! Great info ! n
  24. We got the RCA 1500 and finally got it hooked up but trying to make it neater looking. It works pretty well but have no way to compare to the 1400. Didn't want the amplified one as it needed power.
  25. Hi Chris ! Don't know of a schematic, the factory really needs to post at least a basic one. There is so many custom installs that it is gonna' be tough to be all inclusive. But so many folks are adding little lites n doodads that we need a basic schematic.
