  1. Dream Girl, We decided against the KTT mattresses for three reasons: - Price - Latex is too bouncy for us. - Latex mattresses are very heavy We went with Tochta mattress and are very happy with them. Andrew
  2. Many have. With a soft start it will run a 13,500 BTU AC on gas or propane. Andrew
  3. DougnDawn, I use a ResMed AirSense10 with a 12V adapter and it works great. I uses very little power, even with the humidifier on. I put it in the "attic" cabinet, plug it into the 12V receptacle and run the hose down a hole in the floor of the cabinet. The adapter was a little expensive, at $80 but is sure use a lot less power than running it on AC through an inverter. Andrew
  4. I agree with SeaDawg. I used two layers of butyl tape. I folded each strip of tape in half, length wise and installed one on the inner edge of the outside flange and one outer edge. After installation, I left the window in the sun for a couple of days and trimmed the very little excess off with a plastic razor blade and left it. I think it looks much cleaner without caulk and there really isn't any exposed edge needing sealed. Andrew
  5. To Those Interested, Here is a link directly to Visible and the BestPhonePlans Party. You may have to sign up first, before joining the Party. Party Pay: Get Unlimited Data For As Low As $25/Month | Visible Andrew
  6. I did this some months ago and don't remember exactly. During the sign up process, I was either was asked if I wanted to join a Party or after I signed up, I logged in and joined the party. Once you get to the screen that asks you the Party name you want to join, type in BestPhonePlans. It should automatically add you to the Party and when you go back into your account information, it will show your monthly rate at $25. I hope this helps! Andrew
  7. Bill, If you don’t need data, check out Consumer Cellular as well. Andrew

  11. David, You my want to try Gabe. I got our replacement for free! I also had to replace the monitor panel. Also, free! I have found Garnet and Gabe great to work with. Andrew
  12. David, To confirm the wiring is good to the sender on the side of the tank, press the water button on the SeeLevel monitor twice so it shows a continues readout. Then short across the two leads, on the top of the sender with any metal object. If the monitor reads a short "sht", you know the wiring to the sender is good and the sender needs replaced. Contact Gabe Morales at Garnet. gmorales@garnetinstruments.com Andrew
  13. You may want to check out FitRV's YouTube videos on the subject. Andrew
  14. No changes on my end except for the normal iOS updates. I logged on a little bit ago and got two of the emails, instead of one! Please don’t spend anymore time on this. I can just delete the emails. My thanks to all, Andrew
  15. Overland, Thank you but my iPad nor my iPhone show "Content Blocker" under Settings/Safari/General. The following show under General: AutoFill, Frequently Visited Sites, Favorites, Show Favorites Bar, Block Pop-ups and Downloads. Andrew
  16. Overland, Thanks for your help. I have been browsing in private forever and have not had a problem until recently. Turning it off does not help. Also, there is no “Content Blocker” under Safari in Settings. No worries, I will get delete the email notifications as the come in. My thanks to all who have tried to help! Andrew
  17. LongStride, I am using an iPad. Not "Safari" next to a apple logo when Safari is open. Thanks for you help! Andrew
  18. Long Stride, iOS 14.4.2 Safari? - I don’t know where to find the version. Andrew
  19. Another thought for the simple installation. I installed Battle Born batteries before ever camping in our new trailer. I keep the AC breaker to the converter/charger off at all times and charge the batteries almost exclusively from solar. I have only used the converter/charger to charge the batteries twice, when we camped in full shade for more than six days. When I did, I turned the breaker to the converter/charger on and charged from a generator, until the batteries were at about 100% and then turned it off. I can’t imagine this very infrequent use of the converter/charger will have any negative impact on the batteries. I must say I like keeping it as simple as possible and rarely even carry the generator. Andrew
  20. I have the problem when using my iPad and Safari. I would rather delete the messages than use another browser. Thank you for your help and attention! Andrew
  21. I am still getting the same message. Andrew
  22. I have accessed the forum daily, from the same iPad, for a few years now and never got this message until last week. Is there a reason this just started happening? Andrew
  23. I have had the same problem for the last week. SeaDawg, thanks for your help. Andrew
  24. Mike, When you get a standard floor plan, it comes with a rear table that is 39" long, that you use to fill in the space between the seating, to make the "king" bed. The entire space is actually 51" long and requires an additional 12" filler that comes with the trailer. I used the 12" filler, that was white gelcoat fiberglass and fabricated it to fit the space. The painters tape was to protect the piece when I was cutting it on the table saw. I cut the ends off to make the filler 18" wide, the distance between the two twin bed rails. I cut the ends down to use as the brackets to support the filler. I can send you more detailed pictures. If you are interested, message me your email address. I would also be more that happy to discuss the topic with you further, over the phone. Andrew
  25. Mike, Before we ordered, we knew the dinette was going to be the only table we needed so we asked for the rear table mounts not to be installed. Before camping in the trailer, we spent many an hour deciding on how to best live and sleep in the trailer. We first thought the "king" setup with a topper would be best and ordered a three inch memory foam topper. When it was delivered, we found out the topper to cover the entire king bed area weighed almost 50 lbs. so, we reconsidered. We were struggling with what it would take to make the bed up each night. We also didn't like the idea of leaving it made up as a bed all of the time. We felt it made the trailer feel too small and made access to the three rear upper cabinets less than convenient. After hours of trying to figure out the best option/compromise, we came up with what we call the modified twin. It has worked out very well for us. We have easy access to the upper cabinets and there is no real compromise to the spacious feel of the standard twin. We sleep with our heads toward the back of the trailer where the mattress is three feet deep and the width of the trailer, where we need it and 30 inches wide at the feet. The center mattress has also been a good place for our dog, when she is with us. It keeps her off of the floor and out of the way. Andrew
