I am the first owner to book an appointment with Southland RV in Richmond Hill, Georgia for January 19th. Hopefully they will be able to find and repair the rain leak. I have spent way too much money, time and effort on this..so we will see what the first Oliver sanctioned RV repair place can do.

I have never boon docked before, but planing on doing it at the end of December. Please tell me what I need to do to be successful. Thank you so much.

Grandson explained the confusion to me...I just ordered the batteries from Home Depot!! Thank you so much for helping me!! I am going to be boon docking for the first time at the end of December. I am excited to be trying something new to me..after all I am almost 77 years old and will be solo camping as usual!!

Have to ask a dumb question: why would I need 3 12 volt batteries and not 2? Thanks, Nan

@mossemi I have 4 6V Trojan AGM Batteries right now needing replaced. My camper is a 2017 elite 2 and has solar and an inverter. I rarely boondock but do occasionally. My grandson who is an engineer will do the installation and I need to have it done in the next 3 weeks. Thank you SO much for your help

Sherry, I heard that you had to change the wiring if you installed 12 volt batteries. I do not know how to do that. Thanks, Nan

I did try them, but they do not carry the same batteries and did not offer to find them with their supplier. They did have golf cart batteries, but they were not AGM.

Hey folks, does anyone know where I can purchase batteries? I have tried several places within driving distance of Savannah and they were no help. I would like to replace them with the exact same ones which are: Trojan 6V-AGM VRLA batteries. Thanks, Nan. Hull #267 2017

My AGM batteries are at least 6 years old and not holding a charge anymore. I do not boon dock and was wondering if I should go back with AGM? Second question: Where is the best place to buy AGM batteries? Thank you.

The Item code is H109-376-19 and the description says 1/2" Glass Vinyl Seal, Black sold by the foot at $5.17 a foot for a total of $87.89. For the escape window: I bought from Steele Rubber Products. Steelerubber.com The PN number is 70-3825-255 I do not remember how much I paid for it, but I think I ordered 10' . I also ordered this in black. I hope this helps someone.

Thank you very much Sherry. I am going to use someone in Gunterville, Ala. I was hoping to do it at the last rally, but my ankle got in the way and I have not been able to camp at all. They are holding the Houghton for me. The problem I was asking about was from someone that owns an Oliver and just changed the ac out to a Houghton. They are not able to get the furnace to work so I told them I would put it on the forum for them...I bought a Heat only thermostat that I will replace the existing one with when I am able to get the ac changed out. Thanks again!

The existing AC was changed out with a Houghton AC and now the heater will not come on. I am planning on using the existing wall controller for the heat and the hand held Houghton new controller for the AC...what am I missing? I have not made the switch yet, but someone I know has and this is their problem..Thanks.

Hey everyone, I have a 2017 Elite ii and want to know if there is a breaker for the Air Conditioner? The fan is running, but the compressor is not coming on. I have tried it on Auto, High and Low settings. Just wondering before I try to make myself like a pretzel and get under the dinette. Thanks so much.

My 2017 had the Michelins too, but I now have Cooper LT.
