  1. I was thinking there was a quick reference made at one point for care and maintenance, but not 100% if it has been updated according the model/year. I'll double check and have the team put something together. We are working on an entire "how-to" video series that will include everything covered at delivery, plus frequently asked questions. We will try to have these done within the month. We have shot several videos, but have not had time to cut/edit them. We will be adding them to our Youtube channel as we complete them. The team is also working on a new "ticketing" system for service/warranty issues so we can track any issues our customers may have. It will allow owners to submit issues, view the status and allow our management team a better understanding of manpower needs. Our forum here is a great tool to learn from our customers and make our trailers better, but we don't always have a lot of time to read through all the posts. The ticketing system will be just a better way of handling our service/warranty needs of our customer with quicker response times. We hope to get the ticketing system live within the next few weeks. Included in the ticketing system will be a knowledge base of frequently asked questions & answers that we can build upon as "service & support" tickets are completed. Hope everyone has a great weekend!
  2. Jeff, I'm not the one to accurately answer this question but I will ask and either update here or have someone with more expertise answer this.
  3. Here is a video to help show you how to winterize your Oliver Travel Trailer. Note there are two valve configurations depending on the year model that can be seen at the 27 sec and 35 sec time frames in the video. Hope this helps!
  4. One note on boarding the dogs at the vet just down the road... they do require they have their shots ahead of time (including Kennel Cough). You can see their contact info here: http://greenviewvet.com/locations/main-location/ You can see their requirements here: http://greenviewvet.com/boarding-service I believe they require proof of shots. Most of the time you can call your vet and they will send that info to Greenview as needed. If you are planning on boarding a pet, please call Greenview in advance.
  5. Bill... yep I was moving along pretty quick. Not sure how fast exactly, but I think this run was about 2500 ft and if it took roughly 45 seconds... So probably top speed was close to 40 mph or so.
  6. Thank you for the feedback. The lodge (at the top of the mountain) probably has not communicated with the campground (at the bottom of the mountain) the proper rates. I will email my contact and let them know. Thank you!
  7. Also... I went down to Guntersville State Park last weekend. We did the Phase Two zip line tour. It was a ton of fun! The views were priceless! A few of the zip lines are about a half mile. This is pretty much the only one I didn't get all the way to the end and had to pull myself into.
  8. For those of you that have made reservations, if you didn't let them know you were with the Oliver Rally or not sure, please give the campground a call back and confirm. Looking forward to it!
  9. We would like to announce the location and dates for our 2018 Rally. The 2018 Oliver Rally will be held May 4-7, 2018 at Lake Guntersville State Park in Alabama. Lake Gunterville State Park offers many fun activities including an 18-hole golf course, fishing, hiking and biking trails, boat rentals, ziplining and more. More details to come. For now we ask to hold off on questions. We will update the webpage dedicated to the Rally as we get more information. http://olivertraveltrailers.com/rally/
  10. We haven't finished adding everything, but you can find owner's manuals, component manuals and videos on the Oliver University page. You can find the Oliver University under the "Travel Trailers" tab in the main menu. http://olivertraveltrailers.com/oliver-university/ We will be adding some other "how-to" videos as we get them from the videographer. If there is something you don't see, let us know and we will add it.
  11. To all the Oliver owners, we have added a form on our website for you to submit a testimonial or review of Oliver Travel Trailers. We would love to hear your comments about our trailers and company! We would like to use real comments from our owners in some of our marketing efforts. http://olivertraveltrailers.com/submit-oliver-testimonial/ Thanks for your help!
  12. Bill, I was actually looking for some info today on the Blue Sky IPN Pro Remote. For those that haven't found it, they have a few videos here... http://www.blueskyenergyinc.com/faq/ And here is the manual: http://www.blueskyenergyinc.com/uploads/pdf/Manual_BSE_IPN-ProRemote.pdf
  13. Hi Karen, Your propane tanks should have been full at delivery. I'm sorry this happened. Our tanks a filled by a third party and should be full when installed before delivery. I will let the team know to double check these from now on. Matt
  14. For those that are planning on attending the Plant Tour at the Oliver Rally and/or the Oliver Delivery Process, please RSVP for those events so we can plan staff accordingly. RSVP for Plant Tour RSVP for Oliver Delivery Process
  15. The 2017 Oliver Rally T-Shirt is now available to pre-order. They are $10 each and you will pay for them at the Rally. Click here to request your size so we can order an appropriate quantity of each size.
  16. Just to give everyone the heads up... We finally hired me some help and we are in the process of building a new forum that works faster and better. We are migrating posts, attachments, etc. now and should launch it first of next week. It will use the same logins everyone has now. It will not be much different, but will be faster and have all the tools need for moderators to ban/delete users and posts.
  17. We have update the Rally page with the Agenda and ask anyone wanting to submit questions or concerns for our Feedback Presentation on May 6th to do so by April 15th. This will give us some time to put our presentation together. http://olivertraveltrailers.com/rally/
  18. Thanks for the feedback. I will take a look at it.
  19. There was probably a few days where the DNS settings hadn't fully propagated through every internet service provider and some caching that caused issues. Hopefully the new host will iron out a lot of issues we previously had.
  20. I moved our website to a new web host early this week. Has anyone noticed any issues? Is the load time better?
  21. I'm actually in the process of moving everything to a new host that specializes in Wordpress hosting. Might take all weekend. about 10GB of data and images to migrate. We will see.
  22. I actually removed all the javascript files from the CDN (content delivery network). Basically the CDN has servers across the nation that stores a minified (condensed) copy of the website that helps with page load speed. If you are in Cali and go on the website, the CDN delivers the cached copy of the website from the closest server to load the page faster. On a forum based website where there are constant posting, if you cache the website through a CDN, any new posts are not included in the current cache until the cache is updated. This is the issue with not seeing posts for a few hours. Hopefully removing the javascript from the CDN will resolve some issues... but since the files are requested from the actual web host server, it will not be as fast . I will try to tweak things to get everything as fast as possible and keep posting immediate.
  23. Yes, I've noticed some issues. Sorry I have been swamped with other projects. I will look into the caching issue tomorrow morning. Trying to find the right mix of speed (which comes with caching) and posting timely (should be immediate) is a challenge.
  24. I'd love to find time to add a trip planner to our website and possible a mobile app, but pretty swamped at the moment. The one at Recreation.gov is pretty good. I can actually use their database, but would like to add custom info for rallies and other things. From just a quick glance at the website, it seems there are a lot of missing campsites on there. I'd want to add known public boondocking sites also. Check it out here... https://www.recreation.gov
  25. Welcome to the family! :)
