Shaferkg Posted September 25, 2019 Posted September 25, 2019 We picked up Hull #528, Buddha & Buffy, last Monday and took it to DCSP for its shakedown cruise. All was good so left Thursday and dodged the weather from Imelda on the way back to the Hill Country. Love our Ollie! That's Ilene (Buffy) with Bella at DCSP site #60. 1 "All who wander are not lost" Keith (Buddha) & Ilene (Buffy) Shafer | Fredericksburg, TX LE II, Hull #528 Buddha & Buffy | 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT Z71 Crew Cab 4 x 4 5.3L V8

Moderators SeaDawg Posted September 25, 2019 Moderators Posted September 25, 2019 Congratulations! I like the colors. Backstory? Here in Tampa, we'd be thinking USF Bulls. Guessing not, in Texas. Shaferkg Posted September 26, 2019 Author Posted September 26, 2019 No Sherry, we wanted colors that reflected the outdoors as well as our travels. Brown for the mountains/deserts and green for the forests/lakes-rivers-oceans. We didn't want to go to dark on the colors so these were our choices. carnivore Posted September 28, 2019 Posted September 28, 2019 We had site 60 as well last month on our shakedown.. I’m in for the Texas group idea as well.
LuckyNickels Posted October 2, 2019 Posted October 2, 2019 We are in for the Texas group as well. Seems like it is getting to be a large group here. Craig and Sheila Nickels | Marble Falls, TX 2019 Elite II, Twin, Hull #480 - Excellent Adventure | 2022 Ford F150 Power Boost
Trainman Posted October 2, 2019 Posted October 2, 2019 Being a former Casita owner we do the Casita Rallies in Texas, we are now doing them with our Oliver. Casita rallies welcome all trailers and we have many Casita friends who I really enjoy camping with over the years. An Oliver group sounds great, let's work at meeting someplace this fall and see what happens. We will be at the Pineknot Rally in Grapeland, Texas on Oct. 23-27. Just show up as there are unlimited sites available there. Pineknot rally info, http://www.mfrvg.com/pineknot trainman 2019 RAM 1500, 5.7 Hemi, 4X4, Crew Cab, 5'7" bed, Towing Package, 3.92 Gears.
