Ollie in Ohio

Hello! I introduced myself once before but now I actually have my brand new Oliver Legacy Elite Hull #1241 “OSerenity” picked up 9/12/22 in Hohenwald. I live in central Ohio but plan to do extensive traveling. I’ve been having major problems with my lithium batteries so I’ll be posting separately about that. I’m excited to be a part of the Oliver family.

Welcome to the family from Hull #732! Lithionics has the best customer service support, they were so great when we thought our batteries were having issues. I’m sure they can help you get the kinks out. Wishing you the best and congrats on your new Ollie.

Hope that the troubles you're having with the batteries has a simple fix - I'm sure that either (or both) the Oliver Service department or Lithionics can get it straight for you.

We are scheduled for December 5th.  We will drive out in a couple of days, spend a couple of days near Hohenwald, and then start working our way back to Idaho; probably via New Mexico, Arizona, and Utah.

Welcome! I also struggled to understand all the different systems and how they work with each other. My confusion led me to think that things were broken when they actually just needed a button pushed or setting changed. Definitely call OTT service (they call that "opening a ticket") for any question, or put it up here on the forum. Like they say, there's no such thing as a dumb question.

Kirk, did you choose the Truma a/c?  We did.  It's more $ but I hope it's worth the extra.   That was quite the decision process as every decision was more $.

Yes John, we went with the Truma air conditioner. On the rare time we use A/C, it will be nice too have a quieter machine. I also like the lower profile.

Thank you everyone for the welcome! It turns out I needed longer screws on my lithionics batteries to hold everything together and get a good connection. I’m glad to say everything is working like a dream now 😁. I’m so appreciative of everyone’s support and kind words.
