Topgun2: indeed it is a Dutch oven, but it is placed in a preheated regular oven. Just saying. Love the recipe, will try to adapt to the equipment we have on hand. If it doesn't work out I guess we can stick to lobsters and steamed clams. Temps this morning started out at -14 and has 'soared' to + 2. Canoe12 - I too was a bit curious concerning the "oven" but I re-read that article and it specifically says "dutch oven". Mike & Carol - I agree - no matter how hard I ever tried I simply do not have the ability to put words together so well. I got screens for our furnace and hot water tank from Amazon. They are Camco, I think. Inexpensive but work well. I haven’t done anything for the fridge yet. I’m thinking I’ll just attached some screening to the inside of the access doors. Mike

We moved on down to Congress, AZ and the weather has been 68° to 70° during the day and then drops into the high 50°s at night. So we had Christmas with the saguaro cactus's for the first time. Finally it's warm enough to fix the leaks in our outside lights and I will make a video on that when I start on it next week. Karen decorated the tree's around us and life is good :) Reed
