  1. I installed a 1x1/8 in. aluminum rail that connects to the frame (inside) on both sides and mounted the regulator to it. Very stable.
  2. Best mod that I didn’t even know existed till I met a fellow future Ollie owner during my last factory tour. Works great! 3. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0796NYT79/ref=oh_aui_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 This one has worked out nice for us. Easy to clean and has held up pretty well to kids and dog.
  4. Love Victron Energy stuff. Looking to just add the battery monitor with built-in bluetooth... any chance you fished any tape between the hulls to run communication wire for battery monitor -- feeding up to where the old Zamp controller was originally. I think it will work to try and just follow the solar cables up from the bottom basement. One day I would love to have the whole Victron setup, more solar panels, Lithiums, etc. Thanks for the post. M
  5. The Viking has respectable specs for its size but the couple I tried in the same category were not sufficient when I needed them (large v-8 truck). I have not needed the charger aspect but it is a nice option to have IMO and the jumper is rated for 800 CCA. It was a great find at the time (about a year ago) when I came across it and I still haven’t seen anything else with the same specs that actuallly seem to match in real world use. But I guess that since you have used the one you have a few times and it performed well, I would stick with it. I do agree, it is a bit pricy.
  6. https://www.centurytool.net/604301_QuickCable_LIFEPO4_Li_Ion_800_Amp_Jump_Star_p/604301-001.htm I have been impressed with this one.
  7. I think this has got to be the best $5 mod that you can do!
  8. It is very easy to set-up and take down. The 16 ft pole is fiberglass and breaks down into 4 pieces.
  9. Used the Flag pole setup this past weekend and it worked great! Got it here: http://www.flagpolebuddy.com
  10. Some cool add-ons: https://www.seasucker.com/collections/all-products/products/talon https://www.seasucker.com/collections/all-products/products/paper-towel-holder https://www.seasucker.com/collections/all-products/products/waste-band-small-black http://www.flagpolebuddy.com/suction-mount.html
  11. I agree with you. The only drawback left is not being able to access nightstand drawer without removing it. If I could find an alternate mounting location and a good secure stowing mount for table while in tow I would be pleased. This is the one I got: Compass Rose Folding Table Top - 26.8" x 23.6" w/ 29.5 inch leg (ordered separately)
  12. Yes, but there are several options if you go to the website: https://www.rv-table-mount.com/
  13. This is where I ordered the longer post and folding table: https://www.rv-table-mount.com
  14. Sorry, been camping in the Oliver. Not sure what happened to original post but here are some pics. I will post link to original manufacturer. I ordered the longer post and cut off about 2 in. and also screwed a 1" x 3" aluminum piece to keep it from going all the way down and hitting gelcoat. Last picture is after a couple coats of teak oil on the table. Also, I don't seem to be getting my email/responses. Mike
  15. After 300 mile trip through post-winter pot holes and I-65 road work the knives did not budge but I appreciate your feedback. I may end up stowing them during drive.

  17. I haven't used it at altitude yet but from what I understand it is the cold more than the altitude that can really shut it down. But if you use the tri-fuel conversion you can still use gasoline when needed.
  18. Something I learned on one of my plant tours... propane conversion of gas generator. Works great and super easy to install. Link below https://www.motorsnorkel.com
  19. Got the longer post as well and modified slightly so it will swing over night stand out of the way. Works great.
  20. Thanks to previous posts I was able to get perfect runner. Thanks! It is 22"x12' BTW link here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0796NYT79/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Entrance Mat 24 x16 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004AR5WXY/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
  21. Had to glue the VHB tape to the wood first then applied to fiberglass... great hold so far. Knives even traveled well without moving.
  22. Hi Jim, This may be a silly question but is there any way to mount 3 in 1 antenna without drilling through hull? And would it be simple enough for me to direct wiring down from top myself. Just wanting your opinion. Thanks, Mike
