  1. Mark, I don't have the answer, but we experienced something that was similar When I would take the trailer back to the storage warehouse for 2-4 weeks, I would leave the solar on inside the building. I noticed a big difference like you. I remember having a phone conversation with Oliver. They suggested turning solar off while storing Next times and the battery discharge was within 1%. Your situation is different. I suggest you reach out to Lithonics technical support. They have always been helpful when I have called them Keep us posted.
  2. From Chris Scharff's transfer switch replacement and another Owner who had burned wires
  3. Taping the transfer switch, getting power and then not having it is not good. The transfer switch you apparently have ,has had several owners having fires and melted wires as a result of no maintenance to tighten all wire connectors. Chris Sharff is one owner that had to replace his transfer switch. The transfer switch is located, I believe under the rear dinette. The last thing you need is a fire.
  4. Great shots👏👏
  5. JD, I hope the no caulk works for you. I think you are making a big mistake. The tape caulk/rope used to hold the windows in place isn't designed for UV exposure. The sealant applied by Oliver is a secondary line of defense and designed to protect the tape caulk from UV exposure.. The tape caulk/rope will fail and you most likely would have to pull the windows, and start over. Living in Arizona you will have an accelerated deterioration. I spent 40 years designing sealant systems, for exterior work. High-rises, schools, and many more.
  6. 👍👍 You won't regret that move up, and there won't be anymore battery management concerns. You won't be on that 24/7 monitoring😊
  7. We got 5 years out of 2-12 volt AGM's before needing new ones. The thing to remember is 12.2-12.3 is the lowest you want to go It takes only one time below 12.2/12.3 to cause damage. Some might get lucky, but I know several people who destroyed their AGM's after one low draw.
  8. Very nice JD, 👏👏👏👏
  9. Yes, sequence is turn off solar, turn off that 30 amp breaker, then each individual battery, reverse to turn back on
  10. I have never had an issue receiving parts from Oliver. I send an e-mail first to: support@olivertraveltrailers.com I usually hear back from Mike Sharp within 24 hours. This is a standard part and Oliver should be able to send a replacement, cost + shipping. What is meant by "Oliver was unable to help"? You can order parts from Oliver.
  11. Yep. I forgot to mention the awning wall switch needs to be on. 😊
  12. Has this been resolved?
  13. Please edit and correct typos. Are these notes from the original Owner? Please add your trailer year to your signature. If the notes were from the original owner, I would be on the phone with him to get as much info as you can to share with the group.
  14. Riley Creek COE, just West of Sandpoint, ID, off of US Highway 2, is one of the nicest COE parks we have camped at. Beautiful sites. We had site #8. Great spacing between sites. Their Day Use area has many shelters and the grounds have a sprinkler system. Looked like a golf course over last Labor Day weekend. They have a beautiful swim beach, boat launch, and Dog Island, where your pets can run and swim. Hope we can get back there again. Water and Electric
  15. That closet is a valuable space for us. I bet in 4 years, we have only used our shower 1-2, just using the campground showers.
  16. Yes, if your 2024 still has the 30 amp breaker under the street side bed next to the actual inverter. The newer Oliver no longer have that 30 amp breaker. Oliver went to a large fuse.
  17. And apparently still with the dreaded carpet on the walls🤣
  18. On the remote. Were you able to open and close the awning?
  19. Please add your signature to your posts. There are instructions at the top of the Forum.
  20. Happy Turkey Day. Happy Camping. Hull #1045, Jolli Olli
  21. David Knight, welcome to the group. You definitely got a well cared for Oliver, with lots of upgrades. Happy Camping from Hull #1045, Jolli Olli.
  22. Art, Best of Luck. Been lucky to camp next to 3 Brinkley's over the past couple years. They all spoke highly of their trailers. So happy camping. Safe travels on your adventures.
  23. Ours is 7 years old and keeps going. $1,300+ for another 50L National Luna probably wouldn't be in the cards. I would most definitely do my homework if I needed to buy again. I believe there are other good choices, but I don't know what the price comparisons are. As far as product goes National Luna is the top of the line. I hope I don't have to purchase another one.
  24. It came highly recommend by an off-road group I was active with in my truck camper days. I'm sure there are some quality top loading fridge/freezers out there. Back when I was looking the Dometic unit had an issue with their low voltage cut-off that would shut the unit down before it came close to low camper battery. That just didn't work for us, since we were in the back country for a week at a time. Never had an issue. Reviews and word of mouth would be a big help. If I was buying now, I doubt I would have purchased the National Luna. Having the choice of all fridge or fridge/freezer is the big thing as far as I'm concerned. Hope that helps
