  1. I replaced ours on our 2022 with the same unit I used Wago connectors, so it would be a quick disconnect, and sure easy for another replacement down the road.
  2. I will be watching for addition videos from Will
  3. I just bought a supply of popcorn for the show🤣
  4. Here is a response from an electrical engineer on Will's second video, the response video on BB's legal letter.
  5. Goosenecks State Park, UT, not to far from Moab. Camped on the rim for $10/night. High above the San Juan River. You get an option, campground or along the rim. No brainer.
  6. The views never get old. Gooseneck State Park, we camped along the rim. The views were amazing, the sunset spectacular.
  7. Here is Will's response to Battleborn/Dragonfly Missed that FWunder posted this🙃
  8. I found several of his videos where he speaks very highly of Battleborn's. Then this video. All things electric are way overy head. In any event Battleborn needs to address the video. Thanks for sharing their response.
  9. I agree, but wonder why this just seemed to explode with the video. I have never watched that guy before, so I have no clue as to his background and knowledge.
  10. How do they explain the amount of plastic burned, excessive heat, and cell damage? We have an Oliver Owner on Facebook who is an electrical engineer. He was dumbfounded. I think Battleborn needs to hit this head on, and not just put out, what I perceive as a protect your "Ass" statement.
  11. When I watched the video I was dumb founded. The comments are unreal. People have been bringing this to Battleborn 's attention and their response to the owners has been, " you must have damaged the batteries, your issue, not Battleborn 's. Wow.
  12. Wow! We were there in early October during the Shutdown. The only thing closed was the Visitor Center. We camped at Trailer Park in the park, run by a contracted vendor, so no issues. The views were spectacular. Thanks for sharing.
  13. I found this picture on another RV site, no comments, no link. I did some sluething and found the YouTube Video. Go to YouTube and search "Battleborn 12-volt battery issue" and look for the video with this picture. For those with Battleborn Lithiums, check your batteries. Be careful. This appears to have the potential for something very serious. UPDATE: Video added
  14. Glad you all are safe. The replacement unit will be much better and safer.
  15. Mark, I don't have the answer, but we experienced something that was similar When I would take the trailer back to the storage warehouse for 2-4 weeks, I would leave the solar on inside the building. I noticed a big difference like you. I remember having a phone conversation with Oliver. They suggested turning solar off while storing Next times and the battery discharge was within 1%. Your situation is different. I suggest you reach out to Lithonics technical support. They have always been helpful when I have called them Keep us posted.
  16. From Chris Scharff's transfer switch replacement and another Owner who had burned wires
  17. Taping the transfer switch, getting power and then not having it is not good. The transfer switch you apparently have ,has had several owners having fires and melted wires as a result of no maintenance to tighten all wire connectors. Chris Sharff is one owner that had to replace his transfer switch. The transfer switch is located, I believe under the rear dinette. The last thing you need is a fire.
  18. Great shots👏👏
  19. JD, I hope the no caulk works for you. I think you are making a big mistake. The tape caulk/rope used to hold the windows in place isn't designed for UV exposure. The sealant applied by Oliver is a secondary line of defense and designed to protect the tape caulk from UV exposure.. The tape caulk/rope will fail and you most likely would have to pull the windows, and start over. Living in Arizona you will have an accelerated deterioration. I spent 40 years designing sealant systems, for exterior work. High-rises, schools, and many more.
  20. 👍👍 You won't regret that move up, and there won't be anymore battery management concerns. You won't be on that 24/7 monitoring😊
  21. We got 5 years out of 2-12 volt AGM's before needing new ones. The thing to remember is 12.2-12.3 is the lowest you want to go It takes only one time below 12.2/12.3 to cause damage. Some might get lucky, but I know several people who destroyed their AGM's after one low draw.
  22. Very nice JD, 👏👏👏👏
  23. Yes, sequence is turn off solar, turn off that 30 amp breaker, then each individual battery, reverse to turn back on
