Patriot Posted yesterday at 02:21 PM Posted yesterday at 02:21 PM We have been fortunate enough to have toured and enjoyed this beautiful NP twice. Moderators Mike and Carol Posted 1 hour ago Moderators Posted 1 hour ago You can access Black Canyon from the north side of the canyon. We stayed at Crawford State Park for a few days some years ago and it’s only about a 15 minute drive to the canyon. There’s a small tent camping area there and you can hike along the canyon without ever entering the National Park. It gives a different perspective than you get from the NP side. Recommend doing the National Park before though! Mike 2 Texas Hill Country | 2016 Elite II #135 | 2020 Ram 2500 6.7L
