Moderators SeaDawg Posted December 20, 2020 Moderators Posted December 20, 2020 (edited) Not for nothing, but I put our paper towel holder over the bed, instead of the cooktop. I had reservations about a big roll of paper over flames.🤔 And, I can use the back burner without concerns . In 13 camping seasons, it hasn't bothered us above the bed. Moderators SeaDawg Posted December 20, 2020 Moderators Posted December 20, 2020 So, I found these mentioned on the Travato website today, then on Amazon. Has anyonectried the "anything keepers" or "everything keepers"? I think the smaller anything would fit under the lip of my tabletop, and store spices, and maybe a remote or two. If we actually liked it, one over the foot of the bed could hold my glasses, book, and perhaps my phone at night? They're a bit pricey, ($30 and $40 on Amazon) but years ago I had an undercabinet knife rack, undercabinet coffee maker, etc. Loved them. 2 2008 Ram 1500 4 × 4 2008 Oliver Elite, Hull #12 Florida and Western North Carolina, or wherever the truck goes.... 400 watts solar. Think of a silicone hot pad or oven mitt, they are nearly indestructible. We have 4 of the one in the picture and I see a different one called the Frank that is a little larger than ours and have a 10 lb. rating. And they are returnable if you don’t like them. Mossey In the description for this one (The James) it states that it has a divider. Does that prevent your cell phone from going all the way in it? Measures 8.5 x 5.5 x 2 and holds 5# The Frank has a slight V to the front (as opposed to straight on the James) and says it measures 9.5 x 5.75 x 3 holds 10# and has no divider. It seems like it would be larger than needed for cell phones/pens/etc. Planned to order online but now I’m thinking I should probably just go to BB&B to see which fits better. Planning to use near the beds for cell phones and misc stuff. Moderators mossemi Posted December 24, 2020 Moderators Posted December 24, 2020 The James measurements match mine and that is an overall measurement of the portion that adheres to the wall. The pouch is about 1-7/8" deep inside and the large part of the pouch is 3-5/8” wide. The small part is 9/16” wide. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S7. You can look at BB&B, but I haven’t seen any there in over a year. Last time I looked, they were available at their website. Or there is always Amazon. From the pictures online I could not tell where the divider was. If it was in the middle I knew that there was no way my phone would fit. We have the iphone 11 & 12 Max Pro so they are on the larger size. Looks like these will work. Thanks for the visual aid! Time2Go! Posted March 3, 2021 Posted March 3, 2021 I found these at TJ Maxx and 3 of them fit side by side perfectly on the middle pantry shelf. They are clear and don’t block the view. Only 2 will fit on top of bottom. The first ones I got was a set of 3. The next trip they were individuals for $3.99 each. 5 Charlie & Cindy / Cleburne, TX / 2021 Elite II Hull #743 / 2013 Ford F250 Diesel 4WD Supercab States we've camped in our Oliver:
Time2Go! Posted March 3, 2021 Posted March 3, 2021 Got these at Kohl’s but also available on Amazon. They are silicon and stick to the inside of the trailer without any adhesive and are moveable. The brand is Tooletries and they are a little pricey but well worth it This one is called the Harvey. They work great. I forgot to remove the razor before travel. When we arrived 6.5 hours later the pillows had bounced in the floor but the razor was still firmly in place! We also got the soap holder called The Benjamin. All of them have drainage holes in the bottom and can be removed to clean if needed then reapplied. 1 5 Charlie & Cindy / Cleburne, TX / 2021 Elite II Hull #743 / 2013 Ford F250 Diesel 4WD Supercab States we've camped in our Oliver:
Jairon Posted March 11, 2021 Posted March 11, 2021 (edited) Here are some cup holders that are more rigid/durable than a lot of the others on the market. The divider is Velcro and can be removed for use as a storage bucket. 4 can be placed above the sink with a 5-6 inches remaining on one side. The price is all over the place but $26 is the lowest I've seen for the large pictured below. https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00M4116L0/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1 Edited March 11, 2021 by Jairon 5 2019 Toyota Land Cruiser 2021 Oliver Elite II, Hull #748

Mark and Teri JuneBug22 Posted August 22, 2021 Posted August 22, 2021 I love all of these ideas in this thread. We have a number of months before we pick up our Oliver Elite II but you've given me wonderful ideas of how to organize the space. Thank you all. 1

It also provides an additional work surface when open. We carry the smallest Breville toaster oven in our mw storage compartment. I was afraid the oven would shift and scratch the door. I figured out a solution: Needing a place to stow a rollup silicone draining rack, I wedge it in front of the cabinet between the oven and the door. I also put a small length of foam pipe insulation on the oven door handle. Another thing I carry with us is short blocks of memory foam (left over from trimming a mattress topper to fit the twin bed). These come in handy to prevent cargo from shifting around. I place two on top of the oven so it can't fly up while traveling on rough roads. I am packing up today to hit the road. Will take a picture of the cabinet and contents. . . . . . stay tuned! 1 Ray and Susan Huff Elite II Twin "Pearl" - Hull#699; delivered December 7, 2020 2013 F350 6.7l diesel Super Duty 4x4 long bed crew cab 1UP-USA Heavy-duty bike rack 2017 Leisure Travel Van Unity Twin Bed (sold)

It also weighs less than other options. We store our clothes in nylon luggage organizers in the cabinets above the beds. They can hold more than plastic or square fabric totes since you can squish them to fit the space. I roll my clothes and they stay relatively wrinkle free. But what are a few wrinkles when you're camping? 😁 3 Ray and Susan Huff Elite II Twin "Pearl" - Hull#699; delivered December 7, 2020 2013 F350 6.7l diesel Super Duty 4x4 long bed crew cab 1UP-USA Heavy-duty bike rack 2017 Leisure Travel Van Unity Twin Bed (sold)

Great minds think alike! The plastic storage container on top of the oven keeps it from bouncing up and down. It serves a dual purpose: it is just the right height, when placed on the counter under the storage compartment door to make a level surface for drying dishes. Silcone grease shield (on the left wall) and silicone draining mat (right wall) protect the inside of the cabinet from the oven. Protecting the wall from the back of the oven is a silicone mat (curling iron mat used in hair salons) that the oven sits on when in use. And a small piece of pipe insulation to keep the oven door handly from rubbing on the cabinet door. 1 1 1 Ray and Susan Huff Elite II Twin "Pearl" - Hull#699; delivered December 7, 2020 2013 F350 6.7l diesel Super Duty 4x4 long bed crew cab 1UP-USA Heavy-duty bike rack 2017 Leisure Travel Van Unity Twin Bed (sold)

Overland Posted October 6, 2021 Posted October 6, 2021 Pretty sure that they're stainless panhead screws. I keep a bunch of different sizes around to use on the trailer. In fact, I'll replace any screw I see of Olivers that isn't. 2 1
nrvale0 Posted October 16, 2021 Author Posted October 16, 2021 Not strictly about storage but more about space-efficiency. And, besides, I started this thread and it has been roughtly since we were talking about "shower beers" since it has been offtopic. 😜 So when I was full-timing I never really did come up with a way to handle dish drying that satisified my. I ended up stacking 2 drying mats on top of the the open area next to the sink with a bit of overlap over the stove cover. 2 mats because it helped soak up any wetness and keep the counter + stove from getting anything beyond moist and *not* a catch tray because I didn't find one that would store well. Today while watching a video on re-seasoning cast iron I stumbled across a video where I spotted this.... : https://www.amazon.com/LLygezze-Large-Stainless-Drying-Kitchen/dp/B01HRJ5HI6/ref=sr_1_5 There are similar work-alikes on the site. I ordered one for my kitchen though I will definitely take in on trips with the trailer too to see how this compares. 1
Ray-Sam Moody Posted February 15, 2022 Posted February 15, 2022 @nrvale0 Thank you for starting this thread! We just became proud and excited owners of "Ollie 'n' Free", Hull 1007, 2022 Elite II. We started many years ago in a Lance camper, upgraded to a Class B+, then 32 ft Tiffin, but we love our Ollie best. However, I have been stressing about storage and reading your thread has relieved by my stress partly by presenting me with new ideas and partly reminding me of my army days when field exercises required me to pack for 2-3 week "camping trips". Everything you would need had to fit into 1 duffle bag and 1back pack!!!! Until I started looking for storage solutions for Ollie, I had forgotten all about rolling and packaging my clothing. Hubby is very particular/careful about attaching/screwing things into any wall so nano-tape and silicone fixtures info on this thread have helped immensley. My sincere thanks to you for starting this conversation and all of the Oliver owners who have contributed to it. 4
