dewdev
I have seen on this forum discussions for torque setting for the Wheel Nuts (90-100 ft-lbs) and the Leveling Jack flange bolt nuts (43 ft-lbs). Are there other fasterners on the Ollie's that we should be checking torque and what setting should they be? 1 2018 Oliver Elite II, Twin Bed, Hull #354 2024 RAM 1500, 4 x 4; Gas. 5.7L V8 Hemi MDS VVT Torque; 3.21 rear axle ratio Maine

dewdev
Thanks MAX Burner. What are you referring to when you say "Shackle Nuts"? 2018 Oliver Elite II, Twin Bed, Hull #354 2024 RAM 1500, 4 x 4; Gas. 5.7L V8 Hemi MDS VVT Torque; 3.21 rear axle ratio Maine
Patriot
2 hours ago, dewdev said: Thanks MAX Burner. What are you referring to when you say "Shackle Nuts"? I will chime in. I believe @MAX Burner is referring to the torque value of the nut that tightens the wet bolt. Comonly referred to as wet bolts due to having a grease zerk on the end. https://www.etrailer.com/Trailer-Leaf-Spring-Suspension/Redline/34007-187-00.html 3 2020 OLEII - Hull #634 aka- “XPLOR” 2021 F350 6.7 liter Diesel Lariat Ultimate Tremor North Carolina 🇺🇸

jd1923
However we think our Olivers are special, a bolt is a bolt and torque is based on bolt grade and diameter. I never look at manufacturer's specs, too much time and trouble. Torque-Tension Reference Guide.pdf (fastenal.com) 4 Chris & John in Prescott, AZ | 2016 EII #113 | '01 Ram 2500 Cummins!
