  1. My daughter knows pretty much all about the systems, but she will be hosting a couple of her adult friends for two nights. I am a worrier by nature, so I wrote an Overnight Visitor Checklist to educate them on how everything works. It is two full sides of an 8.5 x 11 sheet, and I laminated it so I can leave it out on the table for them to HOPEFULLY read and understand. It's a Word doc, if you want to use it you should edit out the stuff that does not apply to your trailer, like the composting toilet, and add any extra info specific to your Ollie. Oliver-Legacy-Elite-II-VISITOR-CHECKLIST.docx I hope this is helpful. John Davies Spokane WA

  2. I've been doing it constantly for almost 9 years now. I never got a manual for my Ollie (#32) so never knew better. The only time I had a problem was when I left the push-up bath vent open and the fan powered. I doubt the poor little motor lasted more than a few minutes at the speeds I like to travel.

  3. LOL, this isn't really a mod, but I wanted to post this somewhere. It never occurred to me to see if my Cabelas recliner would fit inside the cabin. It measures 24 inches at its widest point, so I gave it a try. It blocks the beds but the rest of the interior is still fairly accessible. It will make a great place for me to hang out on a cold dreary day if I am by myself. There are no other choices that don't force you to be bolt upright or flat on your back. It obviously will not be good with more than one body inside Mouse. Has anyone else tried this? John Davies Spokane WA

  5. Maverick, I just fixed mine (Hull #92). The brakes had a negative wire to the bus bar but no wire from buss to the ground lug on the frame and no wire from the umbilical negative to the buss or the ground lug. Nothing connected to the frame ground lug at all. The umbilical negative had three small wires which I suspect were light negatives, but they were not brakes. Not sure as they disappeared in the maze. So, I ran a #10 from the umbilical negative to the buss bar and two #10s from the buss to the ground lug. I also kept the small (light?) negatives connected to the umbilical. Before this I had no continuity from the TV negative to the frame and no charging current to the batteries while plugged into the TV. Now it is charging. Thanks for the heads up! I've been working on other items and did not notice the charging problem. I also had no trouble with the brakes. John

  6. Both of those restaraunts are well worth the stop. Have you ever had cajon crawdad Sushi? That's one of the choices at the Eat Well Sushi buffet. They have low reviews on service but that's from people that don't understand buffets, I guess... You simply get your own, we had a great time, both times with hundreds of choices, no complaints here. Then Yats sold us a bunch for take out that we ate on for a few days, we ordered one and ended up with 3 of the one pound plastic jars of their different creoles as they were closing for the night. Then they also sell their brand of Cajon seasoning that we use all the time now :)
