Went back through this thread. It was October they shorted up theicrpwave and replaced the trim for the 3rdntime, not this past February So I went from late October 2022 until 2/27/23 when I discovered the new crack. I need to check and see if I started another ticket in February, which O would have been still iny 1 year Not really concerned either way. JD

*Hull #1045, 2022 Picked up 3/10/22 *Noticed 3 corners of microwave skirt split, 6/10/22 *Oliver sent a replacement * By Fall of 2022 at least 2 corners split again *3rd one installed by Oliver on 2/20/23 under warranty. Oliver installed some type of shims *2/27/23 the bottom right corner split, so one week after being replaced for the 3rd time My brain is a bit hazy as to whether I communicated this to Oliver or just kind of gave up. Picture #1 taken in June 2022 Picture #2 taken in June 2022 Picture #3 taken 2/27/23, on week after it was replaced for the 3rd time.

I'll try to remember to get some pictures when we drove up to the storage place to check on the trailer in a couple of weeks Thanks👍

Phil was our go to person. Very sad to see him leave, but happy for him with his career change. I'm sure we will be hearing from him down the road. He was the best.

Maybe the 2022's don't have them. I need to check with Oliver to verify.

Hull #1045, 2022 E-2 I had forgotten all about this. It recently came up in the discussion on changing AC units. How do you use this feature? The only things I remember is you use it to take the chill off in the trailer and it runs off electric. I want to know what the parameters are for its use and how to activate it.

So they haven't gotten rid of the touch lights that have been problems. Two of ours have failed in the first 2 years.

For those that like to Boondock out West, Benchmark Atlas are the best, IMO, for showing BLM, USFS lands and campgrounds. We have Wyoming, Montana, Colorado, Idaho, and New Mexico. The detail is amazing.

Curious whether Oliver still installs those finike touch lights in the 2023 or soon 2024. We have two that have failed in our 2022 E-2. Oliver sent one under warranty, but it is still in the box. I heard they might go to something like the bathroom with a switch, but haven't seen or heard anything. Several have replaced with a similar light that also has a blue night light.

I have used DampRid 1 gallon containers for years. I keep everything closed and install one in the rear and one by the dinette with the bathroom door open. I keep EvaDry charcoal packets in the closet and another in the bathroom. Very happy with the job they do

2022 E-2, Oliver replaced it twice. They sent me #2 and I installed 2 months later it crack in 3 corners. 10/22 stopped at Oliver for warranty work and they shimmed the microwave and installed the 3rd one. This has also crack in one corner. Out of warranty now so I will just live with it.

After dumping noth tanks, I close the black tank valve and fill the black tank to 50-55%. My wife sets the counter and tells me when we hit the magic number and then I open the valve with water still spraying the tank for a few minutes. That seems to get me to clear water.

Yep, 70lb chocolate lab. Never known to fart🤣. I suppose that is a possibility. We remove the rugs and bed each morning. My wife vacuums while I brush off the rugs and bed. The first thing vacuumed is the return air vent for the furnace.

How do you set the thermostat for the heat strip? Love the idea for just warming things without burning propane. Thanks

Hull #1045, 2022, E-2 (Delivery 3/10/22) On our recent 3 week trip the CO Detector went off 3 times around 2-3 a.m. The first time it might have gotten or not gotten some human assistance in the form of a few methane bombs🤣. The last two no human or pet help. Temps were in the 40's so the furnace was set at 62°-64°. The window at the dinette was open 2"-3". We have always left a window slightly cracked. One of us used the bathroom and a half hour later it went off. Last night I immediately opened the door and opened the dinette window completely. It turned off and the green light came back on in 15 seconds. Should get 5 years out of it. About 5 days between #1 and #2 and a couple of days between #2 and #3 Any ideas? I'm at a loss. John

Our tank maxes out at 88%, with water pouring out of the overflow. Oliver said our fresh water monitor was fine, but the gray was bad and they replaced the gray monitor.

That sucks. I will remove.

I had a good conversation with one of the technical support engineers at Lithonics. He told me to keep the trailer plugged in at our unheated storage place and turn on the battery warmer. Plugged in for 3-1/2+ months. Hull #1045, 2022, E-2, Lithium Pro Package, 3 Lithonics batteries.

On the 2022 Oliver, Oliver started delivering trailers with tires at 55psi. They said the spare was at max and if needed to lower it to 55.
