We keep 2 1-gallon containers of DampRid in our trailer. We also have Eva-Dry charcoal packets. I don't like leaving things plugged in as our storage place is 1 hour away.

Great Park. The hike up to Zapata Falls and into the cave to the falls was amazing. Need waders, that water will be cold.

Well stated. Thanks. I think people have been a bit more reserved here on the Forum. -
End of (most) factory service

I spoke to the Sales Manager at the new Indiana Dealer. Decided to wait to talk to service until the Service Department has been trained. In the meantime I started researching mobile RV companies and have reached out to two. While I usually stopped in Hohenwald in late February, there are things I will continue to do myself like winterizing, dewinterizing, and sanitizing. I will also continue to check screws, wires, etc. I have a truck place that does our zerks and will be checking suspension, springs, etc. Having a mobile guy will hopefully provide some piece of mind. -
Such a wonderfully drive with our truck camper for just one night. I had no idea what I was getting into. The views of Square Top, including on morning fog, made it worth it.

How many trailers does Oliver make per year?
John Dorrer replied to HDRider's topic in General Discussion
Trailer #1,000 1/2022, ours 1045 3/10/22, and then yours. That would be over 150 from 1/22 to 6/22. -

And that makes me wonder if there was any hidden damage beyond the damaged Proven Industries puck lock you took off my hands after my son backed into the puck lock/bull dog and knocked the front jack of the Andersen jack stand. I found nothing that stood out. It seems the puck lock took the punishment. In light of this thread it does raise concerns of hidden damage. I will need to be diligent.

I just checked our 2022 LE2, 2" Bulldog. Ours is rated 7,000. Outside of surface rust, ours looks fine. I intend on sanding rusted areas and applying Rustoleum in two (2) coats when we get home. I need to check the underside for the guset. Update: guset is there

Sorry this happened and glad your family are safe. What year trailer? We have the 2" on LE2, 2022. Will inspect ours . Keep us posted.

When I get back to the trailer I will check that. I'm not mechanically inclined🙃 D52 Capacity, 3,500. on the label -

After reading recent comments, I'm totally confused. The label on our 2022 LE2 says D52 Capacity, 3,500. What does this mean? Do I have 3,500 Axel's or is this rating actually 5,200? -

There seems to be some confusion on the axel weights. ScubaRX posted 2022 LE2 and newer have 5200 Axel's. The Axel's on our #1045, 2022 LE2 have 3500 on the label. RichDev has a 2023 and the label on his axel says 3,500. There seems to be a disconnect on what the newer Axel's are. -

Mine have to be 3,500 on our 2022 as well. I will check under the trailer to confirm. Thank you for getting to the bottom of this👍 Updated: Confirmed 3,500 on our 2022 -

I may have missed this, but I'm guessing that those that have recently purchased the new Alcan 5-leaf springs will be putting them on older trailers with 3,500 Axel's, versus the 2022 -2024 and 5,200 Axel's. Did this come up in conversations with Alcan? What difference do you think there will be in the stiffness/ ride? A 3,000 spring X 4 = 12,000 on a 3,500 axel vs A 3,000 spring X 4 = 12,000 on a 5,200 axel -

Thanks. Another good post. With a 2022, recent inspection by Oliver, and our truck place looking when doing the zerks, we are keeping an eye on things before we switch. We run our tires at 55 lbs. Someone posted about running at 45 lbs. I might drop ours to 50 lbs.
