Yes, we bought through United RV in Ft Worth, no notice or mention of them no longer being a dealer. So if you need warranty work what are we to do in Texas?

Oliver was quick to reimburse any warranty repairs at a local RV repair shop. I’m assuming that would continue if the dealers are going away.  We had a couple of warranty things repaired locally years ago and Oliver sent us a check to cover the repairs.  I’m always looking for an excuse to go to Tennessee, one of our favorite places to camp and visit.  Mike

It would be helpful if the company would address the issue and give guidance on how owners in Texas should handle warranty/repair concerns when we purchased from a local Texas dealer that now appears to have vanished.

Agree.  There should be some explanation/announcement/heads up from Oliver.

Why just Texas?

Dallas to Hohenwald 615 miles
Miami to Hohenwald 960 miles
Boston to Hohenwald 1180 miles
Phoenix to Hohenwald 1590 miles
Seattle to Hohenwald 2410 miles

Personally, I believe OTT should have just left things alone and continued to retail their own trailers from their special factory location! 😂 Glad our hull is well beyond warranty years. I generally buy used and prefer to pay when we need work or do it myself. Warranty claims are a true pain as has been witnessed in many Oliver Forum threads.

I talked to a Sales Manager here at Blue Compass RV, “now in 34 states.” This company bought out three locations of Affinity RV in our Prescott and surrounding valley areas that had been here for decades. He said, "You can't make money selling Olivers!" Not worth carrying the inventory for such a niche trailer when for every Oliver we can sell 10 Alliance, Forest River, Grand Design... and Winnebagos. Lots of Toy-haulers sold in the SW too!

But he was trying to get me to trade in my Oliver on a fifth wheel, while I was dumping tanks at their location (a 35-ft 3 axle beast, no way)! There are likely more RV dealers in Phoenix and Mesa, across the desert valley down to Yuma AZ than any other market in the country. OTT has not been able to get one AZ-based dealer to carry their product.

When I bought my Oliver they were just getting ready to launch the dealer partnerships.  I live in Tampa.  They suggested that I might be super happy because I could be supported by one of those closer dealerships.  I wished them luck, but told them I doubted they would succeed.  At  least not for me.

Of course driving to Hohenwald is a pita for me.  But I chose them because I didn't like anything between here and there.

Most things that "go wrong" in my 17 year experience  can be handled by me and my husband,  or a local rv tech. 

That said, every 3 to 5 years, we head to hohenwald.  Mostly because we want to see the progress the factory has made, and reconnect with friends there.

Oliver was always very good at helping remote locations with our few issues.

Reached out to the Texas dealer i purchased from in February 2025, he could not answer my question on what happened to Oliver dealerships in Texas and could not advise me on how to get any info on service needs for warranty issues. Also, Jason has not bothered to respond to my msg request of the same concerns. So much for quality of communication and support. Very disappointing in many ways.

Ditto.  There have never been any Oliver dealers in Wisconsin or anywhere close to me.  It is almost a draw between the closest out of state dealer and going to OTT in Tennessee. I am not complaining as I understood this when I bought the trailer. My solution: I found a reliable RV service center (and dealer of other brands) in the state that is also an authorized Truma service center.  They work well with Oliver, Truma, Xantrex, etc.  They did a couple of warranty repairs for me with no issues and Oliver providing reimbursement (Thank you Jason E.).  If I need other repairs, I will go back there.  At one time, we discussed having an informal Oliver service center directory.  I understand there may be some implied endorsement issues with having that posted here but it sure would be handy (assuming everyone understood the ground rules).

Hurray!  Another OTT person in Wisconsin!  Columbia Cty for me but I service my Oli near Sheboygan.  Not quite sure how to have a private chat to share info but I am open to it.

Wasn't there at least one dealer in Georgia as well?  I thought Southland RV was an Oliver dealer.  Doesn't appear on the dealer map any longer.
