Galway Girl
Most boat parts/supply shops carry the material. You can also find it on Amazon. Marine Board HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) Marine Board is known under many different monikers, such as Marine Grade HDPE, Sea Board, Star Board, Marine Plywood, and Marine Lumber. Despite having numerous names, all forms of Marine Board are made of specially treated high density polyethylene, or HDPE. 2 2019 Elite II (Hull 505 - Galway Girl - August 7, 2019 Delivery) Tow Vehicle: 2021 F350 King Ranch, FX4, MaxTow Package, 10 Speed, 3.55 Rear Axle Batteries Upgrade: Dual 315GTX Lithionics Lithiums - 630AH Total Inverter/Charger: Xantrex 2000Pro BLOG: https://4-ever-hitched.com Amazon Oliver Outfitters Guide: https://amzn.to/2mAAgPO

ADKCamper
Try this earlier thread on the same topic: HDPE "Marine Board" is good for some things, PVC "Foam Board" is good for other things... 1 2 Tom & Holly 2018 Oliver Legacy Elite #409 - 2017 Silverado 1500, 5.3L, 4x4 Z71, Dbl Cab, Std Bed
Geronimo John
Many of us DYIers use wallmart poly cutting boards and cut them to the desired size. Cheap and easily found. I recommend buying their thicker ones. Also I JB Weld it in place with thru wall SS bolts with fender washers. Also available from Amazon if, like us, you live a 1+ hour drive from the nearest Walmart. The one linked below is 1/2" thick, the size I prefer to work with. https://www.amazon.com/Winco-CBWT-1218-Cutting-Board-2-Inch/dp/B001D3LQVA/ref=asc_df_B001D3LQVA/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=459434780851&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=17772694070414201680&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9029558&hvtargid=pla-448665261987&th=1 1 3 Hull #1291 Central Idaho 2022 Elite II Tow Vehicle: 2019 Tundra Double Cab 4x4, 5.7L with tow package

Key points are using a strong mounting board and well securing it..... especially for the very heavy 3000 watt inverter.
