  1. LeBill, I read somewhere that rubbing alcohol will clean sap. We went out west last summer and a few spots.. I didn’t have rubbing alcohol so I used hand sanitizer it’s 70% alcohol, put it on let stand for a few minutes. Washed off with water..worked real good..Check the Girard manual too… good luck and H@ppy camping…
  2. JD I have a 2022 LEI. Under warranty one of the grommets went bad , Oliver sent me a couple…. I was at my favorite Ace hardware and looking at the Hillman Drawers and saw those grommets, I didn’t get any , but I think one would fit.. Hillman Headquarters is 10 mins from me.. Try your local hardware store…
  3. I think there has been plenty threads about lubricants & caulking… Ask Jason to put a list together of what they use at the factory and service department … exact brands.. etc.. Thanks

  8. I only have an Elite I , but I might add filter on return air grill.. when I got the Oliver in July 2022. Wife and I wiped the whole inside down, vacuumed inside where the furnace was ( was really dusty). Have not a problem with the furnace yet…. Going out middle of march to outside Asheville N C. It will probably get a workout..

I had to take the left side panel in the attic.. they had the satellite cable to the tv ..the cable wire was just sitting there, had to connect to tv.. it works great know.. Hull #1179… good luck & Happy camping,Manny
  10. I saved a few bucks , I told our sales guy to put the Oliver cover on the bill of sale.. so I paid 6.50% sale tax in the county I live in Ohio instead of the 8% in Tennessee if I got it separate…. I knew what the hit was going to be when I titled it..
  11. Check for 12 volts at the camper connection , not at the jumper wire connection
  12. Are they two 6 volt agm.. They need to be wired in series.. for 12 volts.. If two 12 volt batteries then parallel wired.. I have a 2022 Elite with the 2 6volt agm. Under cover right now..

  17. I want to give my experience when I went to pick up my Elite I My tow vehicle is a 2020 Honda Ridgeline.. 19 inches to top of inside receiver.. so I brought a 4 inch ball mount (rise) We hooked up .. it was sitting to high, luckily I had a 2 inch rise one.. this worked great. I had full tank of gas the bed of truck was loaded. The 2 week trip out west, 3 National parks and 4500 miles later , the Ollie rode and towed great.. Honda got 14 to 16.5 MPG..
  18. I forgot,I have Elite I. Hull #1179. Picked up 7/2022. No antenna.
  19. Hi, Kmsea, I had the same problem.. I traced the cable from the cable port to the attic .. I had remove the left side with the 120 v receptacle that the tv plugs in. The cable was just there…the coax that was plugged into the tv was the extra cable laying up in attic.. I unhooked the coax from tv pulled it up through black cloth and attached the correct cable to the tv.. Works perfect now.. I hope this helps..
