Can not log into the Oliver website and rewards program

Hoping someone here can help with this because the Oliver website appears dysfunctional. Tried repeatedly to login/register for the rewards program, but they system returns an invalid username or email address each time. Tried to reset password, same results. It gets worse. Then I tried to send an email to customer support, only to find out I had to check one of the items as a perspective customer. My hull # is 70, so I don't need brochures a tour, or anything else. Does anyone here know how to resolve this issue.?

Hi Rob! 

Sorry you are having trouble with it. The login for the website and forum are different. The Rewards Program has a specific registration process. You can find a link here to sign up for the Rewards Program : https://olivertraveltrailers.com/rewards-program/ or go direct at https://olivertraveltrailers.com/rewards-program/signup/.

There a few videos we have posted here as well. Let me know if you are still having issues.

I followed Matt's link, and registered in a matter of a couple minutes. (Even though I don't plan to participate.  Just a test. I don't think most people want to see a 2008 trailer, and, frankly, I'll leave it to you folks with newer trailers.)

Thanks Matt for the link, it worked. Odd this link does not appear to be anywhere on the Oliver Website though, well not that I could locate and it wasn't for lack of looking, only link to sign in. Oh doesn't matter, it's all done now. Thanks

Hello All,

I have been searching the forums trying to find out where I need to go to access the rewards program. I apologize if this has been answered in a different thread.  I saw on a different post that you have to register your Oliver to participate in the rewards program. I am not sure where to register. I did complete the information about my trailer when joining the Forum. 

Is there a specific page where I need to go to register my trailer. 

I also tried to access the registration for the rewards program with the link above but it is just taking me to the Oliver home page.  When accessing the rewards program via the menus on the Oliver site it takes me to a log in but does not show a place to register.

Thanks Bill.  I did try the links posted by Matt above but they are just taking me to the Oliver Home page.  I did send Matt a PM just now per your suggestion.

Lee - 

When you get to that "home page" simply scroll all the way to the bottom of that page and look on the right side of the screen - here you should see "Rewards Login" under the word "Company" that is in white lettering.

Here is a little simplier direction to get to the area to register in the Reward Program.

Start at the OTT opening web page. At the top of the page click on the drop down arrow for the Tab called "Resourses", then click on "Rewards Account". The next page should allow you  to register.

Unfortunately, there is no option to register.  I have tried every step on this page but cannot find a way to register. Below is a screen shot of what I see when I go to rewards program page.

@LeeC On the page you show, you have to log in again on this page, which I assume you have done. This is a sepeate log in seperate from the Oliver web page login. I did it and it worked for me, but I already had a Rewards Program account. ( I did it on my computer and not on my phone.)

If that does not work, you will probably need to contact OTT for help.

@dewdev Un able to log in as I have not registered for the rewards program.  There is no link or method to register on that page.  I have put in a request to OTT in an attempt to get an answer. I am assuming form the directions everyone keeps giving me that at one point there was a link or some way to register from that page.  From my previous screen shot, you can see now that there is no registration, only a log in.  I have tried using my Forum user name and password, along with my email. I even tried using the forgot password using my email.  None of those work.

Did you talk to OTT about signing into the Rewards site? What did they tell you?

I think the reason you can not register is because OTT no longer has a rewards point system (with dollars put on a credit card) like they use to.

Not sure if still offered, but they used to have  a program of paying you if you show show your Ollive to a prospective buyer who than buys a new Oliver. You had to agree to show your OTT by signing  up on the web site.
